Drove 70 miles to look at a 2006 mazda3. Got there at 930am and was told that the guy who has access to the keys wasnt in yet (they open at 9am). Found the car i wanted to see and noticed it was priced on the lot for $1500 more than it was listed online. I was told that the online price was for cash only and that the online price was the lowest the owner would go. It would be nice to mention that clearly on the website. Not to mention that even the online price was a thousand over blue book. No thanks. RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE: There was no misunderstanding between me and your salesperson. Your salesperson told me what I detailed above. The vehicle had 6995 listed on it when I arrived when it is listed online for 5500. The only misunderstanding lies between you and your salesperson. Not only that but why do I have to make an appointment? Are you a doctors office or a car dealership? The saddest part about the entire situation is that we were planning to drive the car home..guess it wasnt meant to be....

This was the best experience Ive had buying a car. My sales person Joseph Walters was amazing. Mind you, I came 1 hour before closing. He patiently worked with me as it was 0900 am. He even took me on a test drive. I drove away that night with my SUV at a great rate and no hassle. All my questions were answered and the dealership honored where I needed to be payment wise. I felt valued, respected, and honored. Highly recommend this dealership and my awesome sales guy Joseph!

This is the third car I have purchased from them in the past couple years, and I would not hesitate to refer them to a friend. The salesman was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. They were not pushy at all. Ive purchased from other dealers in the past, but Topline has always been the best in my opinion. And their selections is second to none.
