Overall, it was a good day at the dealership. The service was prompt and respectable. In this review, I will respond with my opinion. I am hard, but I am fair. Lets begin. I would and do recommend going to this humble dealership, under certain conditions. What I do recommend, though, is that you do your research aside from the car-fax. What I mean by that is to really examine the vehicle in question that you wish to buy. Remember, since its a used vehicle backed by car-fax, know that its most likely been through minor cosmetic damage, which might tried to be covered up by remedial means such as cheap cover-up and paint. May you know that they have no warranty for you for whatever you end up having with your vehicle and assume no responsibility. They will even make you write it out in front of them on your contract to relinquish any form of liability. Be willing to haggle if you see something significant that you believe should be equally compensated for. When you inspect your vehicle in and out, make sure you see everything is there. Any chips or scrapes should be mentioned, where you have to really look since its been at least attempted to be covered. I also looked at the trunk of my vehicle and the spare, hand-jack, and tools initially found in the vehicle werent there. Although this may not be their fault due to prior owners, it is something worth haggling about, as mentioned. They will take no responsibility. You are buying the vehicle as is. Also, as weird at it sounds, tell them to show you the keys to the car. The vehicle I purchased didnt even come with a key fob, just the manual key, not even a second set of it. Thats just more money out of your pocket for you to figure out. Again, there is no warranty. You accept everything that comes with a used vehicle, even with a clean title. If you have a gambler-type personality, then youre with the right place. I dont mean to make it sound like a bad thing, especially since Im like that, its something I feel someone should know. This is probably the same case with other dealerships. As for wanting to buy your vehicle through a loan, I recommend you estimate how much you think you need to take out in the loan and bring it with you. That way, you can get the APR you want and so you save time and your credit score. For example, my vehicle was $27,000, and in total with taxes and fees, it came out to be $30,000. If youre in the military, Navy Federal is amazing with auto loans, especially if youre like me, where you dont have three years of good credit history, and since Im 20, this is what banks like Wells Fargo expect from you. They are quick to give you the loan, really easy to apply for it, and is easy to make payments for. Also, if your see the vehicle price at their website and its been crossed out and "reduced", your "military discount" will not apply. Everything that has been said here I experienced either the day of the sale or the day after it, where I saw everything for myself on my own time. This is all things I would let anyone know when buying a used car from a dealership, not just K & S. This is all I got from my experience with this dealership. I may sound too critical, I admit, but if I was someone else, I know Id like to have facts like this in mind when purchasing a vehicle from somewhere. Overall, the service was great. They will literally help you in any way they can in order to get you out of the dealership with the car you want from them that day. If it means to help to get you the loan near to your closest bank, theyll take you. They will offer you water and all. Their process is quick in order to get you out of there as soon as possible. If youre the type of person that wants to see the fine print of things so nothing goes over your head or that you arent "pulled a fast one" over, then I recommend that you ask them to go over every part of the contract. There are a decent amount of lines that you need to sign for. Ask them to go over what youre signing away on if so. In the end give them a try, I think its worth it.

I have been referred to talk to Kareem by many people, attesting to his good character and I had ran into him many times at the gym. When I knew that it was time to buy a truck, naturally, I reached out to a familiar contact. Kareem responded very quickly and was very helpful regarding information about the truck I was looking at. We set up an appointment and I rode my motorcycle up there with the intentions of just test driving. I was greeted by Eric M., who was tasked with providing a test drive and answering any further questions that I had, which he did very well. I never once felt rushed or anything other than family. The atmosphere was relaxed and "non-sales", yet you get the feeling that business will be done, which I like. Eric even provided me his desk and chair and made me feel at home. Once I provided income verification and we spoke about the pricing aspects, Eric brought the documents to the financing department, Arturo. Financing at K and S was definitely one of the smoothest and most efficient experiences I have had at a dealership. Arturo was able to get me financed at a lower percentage rate than Navy Fed and USAA. Arturo and Eric worked very well together and provided myself with such a good deal, I left the motorcycle there and drove away with my dream truck. In the purchase agreement, there were some conditions agreed to that will require be to bring the truck back for detailing etc in which they gave ME the decision to leave the truck there and they would deliver it to me, or to bring it back and they would handle it. ABOVE AND BEYOND, some would let these specifics go by the way side because the truck is already sold, but Eric and Arturo have both been very diligent in making sure all the agreements are met. I am very pleased with my decision to seek out Kareem and his team, my future vehicles will be bought here as well. If you want to be treated like family, in a relaxed but efficient environment with a team that is willing to make magic happen, K and S Auto Sales is your spot.

6 words..."The Best Car Buying Experience Ever"!!! Besides getting the best deal in the nation on my 2015 Audi R8 the staff at K&S was beyond exceptional. From Francisco answering my first phone call and numerous txts about small details on the car to Arturo helping me with financing and Kareem making the best deal happen, I was totally impressed with every detail of my purchase. I can honestly say all these guys really made an effort to help me get the car of my dreams. At first I was hesitant with the mixed reviews on Yelp but I can speak first hand and say that the bad reviews are non sense!! I walked on the lot with jeans, sneakers and a sweater and they didnt judge me on my appearance like most dealers would when you are buying $150K plus car. They were very helpful, answered all my questions and allowed me to test drive the vehicle without running my credit. That goes a long way considering no Audi dealer will ever allow that. Kareem took me out on the test drive personally and by the time we got back the deal was done. I was refinancing my house so I let Kareem know I couldnt run my credit due to the refinance and he said no problem leave me a refundable deposit and when you get your approval come back and we will make the deal happen. The refinance took a little longer that expected and Kareem was offered multiple cash offers and even dealers offering to pick up the car at a higher price and Kareem declined the offers even after my despot period expired. Any other dealer would have took the higher offer and called it a day but instead Kareem kept his word and waited the extra days to make the deal happen. I will defiantly buy again from Kareem and refer all my family and friends not only for the amazing prices but how the entire staff at K&S handles business!
