It was a good experience at first but then became pretty disappointed. It had nothing to do with pricing or extended warranty or anything. I put a car on hold over a week before I came to pick up and made my hold payment. I called the afternoon before I was coming to pick up the car to let David know I was coming and what time. I arrived today at opening like I said. I did this specifically because I had to be at work and didnt want to be waiting all day. Not sure what kept causing the intervals of waiting. I even called the insurance company ahead of time to fax the binder as I was told this is what took the longest. I ended up being there over two hours before I was even signing anything. I was very agreeable to everything because I knew where I was and what I was paying for. Then the last thing on my way out the door they go to give me my key. A single key. No remote nothing. I asked Jason about it as I recalled the original ad stated the car had keyless entry. He then proceeded to tell me it is what it is and I should go to the dealer and or check out amazon... After I had started signing... Really? I cant even set the anti theft system. No keyless entry as advertised... I asked Jason what he could do as I told him this was such a rediculos thing for them to not offer to rectify.... and even suggest I drive off the lot and go somewhere else to get something I should have been provided with. I know its a small thing and honestly I dont care about it that much but in combination with the being kept waiting when I had started the process so far in advance and then called ahead to let them know when I was coming. It was a bad customer experience in very very end and I sucks that this is how they chose to close the customer experience after I had already agreed to the sale and signed several documents. Sad that you ruined your review at the very end of my experience. Im more than happy to update my review if the problem is fixed. If not, the review stands. Thanks still, David.

I purchased a 2013 Scion IQ with only 8,000 miles on it from the Riverside, CA location. Ryan and Darrick were the best. From start to finish it was an easy and clear process and of course if you have less than stellar credit the APR will be high but at the end of the day I walked away with essentially a brand new vehicle, a weight off my shoulders and an experience that I would recommend to anyone. Ryan let me test drive as many cars as I wanted and even helped to guide me in the right direction with things that I was just mentioning. He was easy to talk to and really understood what I was trying to find in a vehicle: reliability and excellent gas mileage. My suggestions for anyone going: 1. Bring multiple paystubs in case yours doesnt have year to date on it. 2. Print out your insurance card, the most recent one. 3. know all of your account information from your bank so that you can set up automatic payments. 4. take someone with you or have a general understanding of what to look for in a car. 5. Take your time and research the vehicles BEFORE going 6. Dont attempt to negotiate, this is not that kind of place. The sticker price is the price and it is very close to the KBB. 7. Bring your utility bill 8. Look at their options online for the vehicles in stock and have them written down so you can pull those specific cars keys and make sure that they are at the DriveTime that you are going to. For example, you might be looking at all of the Los Angeles DriveTime vehicles and in the mix will be Downey and Riverside, make sure the car that you want is at the Drivetime that you want to go to. They can transport vehicles over though so its not a big deal. Thats it! I loved it! No complaints. No hardsell. No annoying negotiations. Dont bother going if you dont have proof of income. And dont get made at a higher payment if your credit is terrible. It is what it is. Go in with your eyes open.

lets start this with me saying i was at the Riverside, CA location for 7 hours... and im not exaggerating... Sales person was Phillip. Very nice man, professional etc. With everything that happened he was very nice and kept me calm the entire time. Other person I dealt with was Jason the underwriter? again nice guy no issues with these two at all. The reason for my rating is because of them. Part of my wait was due to a sudden crack on the windshield of my car. Jason sent it out with Pablo to Safelite around 3:45pm and Pablo got back about 2 hours later... and I eventually left the entire dealership with my new car around 7. During the wait for the new windshield... For some reason a girl manager had to sit at a Robs desk and having some awkward counseling session with him about his "attitude". Not only do I not care to hear this but its pretty unprofessional. Wasnt there an office you could pull Rob into to talk about this? Or did you not notice I was sitting 2ft away from you when you felt the need to have the BS convo with him? Or did you just not care? B/c the same girl manager later on then went and had a personal phone call at the front desk talking about her bar she was going to later and all the drinks she would have. aka UNPROFESSIONAL. arent you a manager? Maybe time to grow up and act like an adult when you are at work. so thank you Phillip and Jason for taking care of me. Sorry im such bad luck apparently with everything i touched in that office Saturday. Rob keep your head up you seemed like a nice guy to me and i didnt even interact with you.

If I could give negative stars I would ! They treat u here at this riverside location like your a moron . They MAKE u watch stupid videos and they require alot of money down on vehicles also thy have nothing but pieces of crap cars granted they look nice but most or all were prior rentals and fleet cars or auctioned repos . So every car has never had good records . Their 36k 3 year warranty is a joke ! Dont let it fool you . Do a little research about this company and youll see they had to change their biz name because itwas Sooo bad ! Plus they sell cars for more than price of worth and theres no negotiating that. Once u pic and pay money thats it . Plus u have to get treated like a convict when signing papers and hat your less than a normal human because of your credit score. We purchased a red chevy impala with high miles only car that we could pic really we were desperate for a car and tried it out self correcting error might I add. We purchased it Jan 13 2011 and Jan 16 it was in the shop already had engine failur and it was in the shop till feb 22 they tell u at signing that u will get rentals but this is only Halve true . They only give a rental if the company thAts working on the car determines that they need to keep your car normally this takes 24 hours so ... You see where thats going also heres the catch. So only if drive time decides that they will cover he work which we had antilock break coming on mis
