Terrible customer service! If I could leave ZERO stars, I would have. Bought my 2015 Passat in September. Salesman Barry was fine. He did his job and got me into the car. Finance Dave is pretentious and pretty much rushed through everything with his memorized script. He tried to charge me extra for the Pulse brake light that was already installed. I told him I wasnt going to pay for it and they can just remove it because I didnt ask for that addition. He was able to resolve that issue. I opted for the Xzilon interior and exterior coating, an Air Force Veteran license plate, and window tints. When I went to pick up my car after getting the Xzilon coating and tint I noticed a stained ring on my backseats. Like they had placed a dirty oil can on my new seats! I brought that to their attention and they took the car back and was able to remove the rings claiming that the Xzilon coating worked as advertised. What terrible service that they cant even do a quality check of the vehicle after applying the coating! Weeks go by and my temporary tags expire and I havent heard anything from the dealership. So I text Barry and he said the plates were there. I go to pick them up and he says you should have received a postcard. Obviously, I didnt. He pulls out the plate and I immediately notice its not an Air Force Veteran plate. I tell him its the wrong one and we go to talk to Dave. Daves attitude was pretentious and he tried to turn it around and blame me!! He said I didnt tell him Air Force which is incorrect because you have to make a selection. He either didnt pay attention or most likely he didnt care. He said there was nothing he could do right now and I had to take the Army plate. This was unacceptable so we waited to speak to the manager on duty. Kelly Walker was the manager and at first he seemed to want to make everything right. Apologized for Daves inconsiderate attitude and said Dave probably didnt realize the pride that members take in the organization in which they served. Kelly said he would talk to his licensing department to see what they could do to fix it and promised that it would get fixed at their expense. Two weeks went by and I call Kelly. I was put on hold twice and demanded I would remain on hold until I spoke to Kelly. They tried to shuffle me around and get rid of me! He finally got on the phone and said they would have to get me a loaner vehicle because they need the actual plates to take into the MVD to replace them. He said he would let me know immediately once they secure a loaner vehicle. Its been three weeks and I havent heard back from Kelly. Worst customer service and worst dealership! DO NOT do business with this company!

Be warned, this dealership is the worst Ive ever dealt with. I contacted Cutrubus VW about a 2006 Audi S4 Avant I seen on their website. I live out of Utah state, so I asked if they would ship. "Of course we can" so I started inquiring about the condition of the car. They said it was in great shape, maintained , and they did a thorough inspection. So I proceeded to make arrangement to buy the car. Paid them a deposit to hold car, then paid them cash for the rest of the balance. I could not make it to Utah because I live in Washington state and was away for work in the pacific. I kept asking before I paid the remainder of the car was all up to date for maintenance. I was assured that it was. Upon receiving the car, first thing I did was pop the hood, there was a zip tie holding the passenger headlight to the car... I figured ok, no big deal, its used and I can fix it through the dealership. I proceeded to look over the interior looked ok, some broken things here and there that I could fix myself. This car is an enthusiast car and is super rare so I didnt mind if there were small thing to fix to get it perfect. Then I started it up... Black smoke was churning out of the exhaust and emitting a foul smell. Test drive left a trail of smoke 20 yards long. Turned around and called the dealership. Sales guy escalated my concern to sales manager, who the sent it up to the dealership manager. A week had passed, so in the mean time I got it to a mechanic. Turned out cats were missing and the ECU was tampered with to pass emissions ( sound familiar Volkswagen ?!!). Manager took 2 weeks to get back to me, dodged my calls, no consideration for my time and money. Finally got back to me to tell me they would not do a damn thing... Do your homework with the reviews of this dealership, I found the reviews to late, I was an idiot to trust their word, and Im still trying to get this car fixed or sold. I even called Volkswagen of America and Audi of America to see if they could help... Not a a damn thing but file a complaint. Thanks Cutrubus VW, I hope karma bites you a new one. I wish I could put negative stars for this rip off dealership.

I was told by someone at this business (Brandon) that they would work with me on a down payment for a car. I was told they give a 14 to 21 day grace period to deliver the down payment. I drove all the way to Layton and spent a good part of my day and time going to the dealership. They approved me for a Ford Fusion and had me fill out all the paper work and sign the contract and title agreement and stated that all I needed to do was get insurance and I could take the car and pay the 500 down payment in 14 days. All good right?? Wrong!! I got insurance and everything on Monday and called to let them know I got insurance and I was on my way to pick the car up. I spoke with David Hunsaker (the guy who had me fill out all the paper work and contract and said all I needed to do is get insurance) and he said ok let me make sure the car is ready. I wait for a bit and he comes back on and says ok its good to go just bring your w2s and down payment. Wait a sec...I thought I had 14 days to do this. So it turns out they want me to put something down after all after I was told I could take the car once I got insurance. So then Im asked to fax and email all my 2015 w2s and get my job involved to send them my proof of employment. I go ahead and do all of this jump through hoops and rings of fire and they still want something down before I could take it home. I dont know of any dealership on the face of this earth that gives you those kind of promises, has you fill out the contract, title change in your name, pick what kind of plates you want and everything, gives you so much hope that this is really happening and pull this kind of crap. I wanted the number for the corporate office and they refused to give it to me. They lied.
