READ THIS BEFORE GOING IN. I would have to say if you look at the 5 star reviews its pretty funny. First off lots of them dont know how to spell come on auto correct is easy enough second if you look at some of there reviews one is from t broker if you look at the title Google gives to them it says t broker so obviously it was someone from there dealer writing a 5 star review. This is so funny. I would like to confirm what Mrs Aitchision said my roommate was the one that bought the car. We had nothing but terrible experiences with them when you have something go wrong with your car they will give you excuses like we have to talk with the owner and they will have to call you back. They never will call you back and when you call them back it will be the same thing over and over again. They wont work with you they have terrible prices and you will point that out to them and they just want the money they are Greedy little people. Those are nice words and would love to say the actual words but this would get flagged.

My husband and I were considering on purchasing a Truck. We were outside for more than 20 minutes without No help!!! We decided to go inside to ask for help, the younger gentlemen was very rude after we asked him if we could test drive the truck! He said we need to run credit before we could drive it. During our conversation another couple came in and asks if they could test drive another car and the other gentleman ask for the ID and gave them the Plate and Keys. Very Disappointed, We really liked the vehicle even though it had an Oil leak! I think they just assume we didn’t have any credit. I was already Approved by my bank. Very Dude Customer Service. THEY ONLY CARED ABOUT RUNNING YOUR CREDIT. They lost a sale, but most important a customer. I would never recommend them at all!!!!

Scammers! I purchased a vehicle from THG auto last year and before i even made the first payment the engine had total failure. THG had covered up the engine noises so they could sell the damaged car as if it were in good shape. When i first called to report the damage I talked to Patrick and he was very nice, but as time went on he became blatantly rude and told me THG would do nothing to repair the car or give me compensation. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! Update: I would like to point out that all the 5 star reviews are made from new accounts and they are obviously fake! Its so frustrating to see a criminal business like this functioning for this long! Please purchase your car elsewhere you will be so glad you did!

I bought my dream car at Thg Auto, there was a minor repair hiccup a couple of days after I bought it but the repair shop said there was no way anyone could see it coming. Even so Thg helped me out tremendously, they really saved my ass !! The salesmans name is Skyler he was very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable he made the entire buying process easy compared to some of the other places we went to. Patrick was the other Salesman that was in constant contact during the repair issues, Patrick showed and demonstrated a genuine concern and care that Ive never experienced while purchasing a car. My son recently borrowed money to purchase a car from THG. He bought a 2006 Jetta thinking he was getting a good, quality car. Four - FOUR days later, the clutch went out, stranding him on the street and when he took it to a mechanic, they discovered a massive oil leak. $2000 later for repairs, THG didnt return calls and offered no help. Obviously, this company is NOT interested in reputation and relies on unsuspecting buyers. Shame on you, THG! Youve pretty much destroyed my sons financial situation for years! The only good thing that can come out of this situation is if this review stops someone else from making the same mistake. Stay clear of this place!

THG has been so great helping us find our daughters their very first car. Everything they have said they were going to do they have. I want to personally acknowledge Skyler for keeping his word on the promises he has made with us. I would definitely recommend this business if you are looking to buy a car. They have not been pushy at all and they have went the extra mile to accommodate our needs with buying a car. I have been to many other dealerships and the service with those other dealerships did not provide the service that Skyler and THG has done for us. Thanks again Skyler and THG!!!!

I just bought my car at THG Auto! Love it! They made the process so easy and painless! They were very honest in working with me and helping me find the right car for the right price! A few months after my purchase I hit a pot hole and broke a tire sensor...Skyler helped connect me with someone reliable to help fix it for me for a reasonable cost. It was so refreshing to have someone that still cared to help me even after the car sale was final. I will definitely only be working with them in the future! Highly recommend and commend! :-)

Thg Auto Brokers I really appreciated their concerns and questions when I ask them and I thought their integrity was there based around the vehicle that I had chosen. They work with me from the time I picked it out till the time I closed I was out of town during most of this event came into town finished up my paperwork and they were always ready to handle and answer any and all questions and concerns I would buy from this dealer again this selection was wide range once I seen what was on there a lot. I shopped around multiple places and received the typical high pressure, run around car salesman and car shopping experience. I happened to stop by THG and was very impressed with their selection. I wasnt pressured at all and received great customer experience. Their prices are great, straight forward with no run around, and the staff is very friendly. I will never buy a truck anywhere else other than THG. I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Skylar.

Picked up a 2009 Audi A4 its a nice car but after about 50 or so miles it started to make a ticking noise found out it needs a $300 repair I contacted them the next day to see if they could do anything for me they told me they dont look over the cars mechanically when they get them and that they couldnt do anything for me I asked them if they could throw me 20 bucks so I could feel like they did something but they couldnt even do that

Great people to work with. No hassles, down to earth and no pressure at all. The even let me take the car I wanted to buy to have my dad check it out in Magna. Honest and easy going team. Normally I buy from big dealers and this purchase has definitely changed my mind about dealing with smaller (compared to the big guys) lots. Cant thank the team at THG enough.
