My husband and I went to Automatic Car Credit on Friday and worked with Dirk. I can honestly say he is absolutely awesome!!!! We been in a very difficult financial situation and he bent over backwards to get us into a very nice car. Nobody else wanted to work with us. This is our second time going through automatic car credit and I will recommend them to everyone. They are so friendly and easy to work with and do everything and anything to assist. I am in customer service myself and must say their customer service is absolutely fantastic, an absolute pleasure to work with. I will send everybody I know to them to purchase a vehicle. I could go on and on with my praise about my car buying experience that is how happy we are right now. Thank you so much!!!

Worst place to get a car, dont waste your time.. Got a car from here and sells man told me if I ever had a problem Sam would work with us. Two months later they found dog food in my AC fan! (I dont even have a dog) My front barriers went out and all they did was pay $50 and I was stuck with a 350 bill.. I wouldnt even rate a star!! Dont waste your time here..

I have gotten most my cars from sam and they have been friendly and willing to help me out. I got a 2005 f350 and as i was driving it the radio and lights want out, got home looked into it and found it was the dash cluster. Call sam, told him what was going on, they sent me the money to get a new one. They have been honest and fare with me.
