This place is terrible!!! i was greeted while still trying to pull into a parking stall they couldnt even let me get out of my car first, then i was asking for a specific truck and they didnt have it but said they have similar so i went in while they grab the keys and got some information from me. after they got some information and taking my car keys to do a appraisal for a trade in, they brought out this crappy dented up chevy colorado that could barely stay running and told me that it was a good deal and to take it for a drive, it reeked of cigarette smoke and the seat adjustment lever was broken so i get in it and the brakes are almost non existent so i ask how much this truck is and the salesman says i dont know but you can afford it! i drive it, i bring it back and tell them no this truck is not good, they say we have another one and hand me the keys to a red dodge ram 1500 2008 looks nice... i get in and start it and the tire pressure light is on, there is absolutely no gas in it and the AC isnt working so i tell them and the guy says the air is blowing its not broken, and i tell him, that is the blower that is making the air blow out of the vents, the air isnt cold though and he says oh thats a easy fix we will add more freon from autozone if you buy it! 1 im a mechanic i know that its not that easy, 2 where did the freon go that was in there...must be a leak, never offered to look into it to fix it, 3 hes not a mechanic hes a salesman! so i drive it and i come back not happy because i was afraid i would run out of gas the whole time and it was 100 degrees outside so i was extremely hot! i tell him i dont like all the problems and i want to go look at some other trucks to see how the feel of them are he then tells me they are all trucks they arent different they all drive the same i ask what the price is on the dodge and he will not tell me but says he will fix it if i give him a signed guarantee that i will buy the truck and he will get me "numbers" after i sign, i refuse to sign. he then walks away and comes back with a ford f150 very nice 2010 everything works and it has gas, i ask the price he refuses to tell me but says you can afford it, i go drive it and i dont go far i come back and tell them im not happy with them and that i dont want to buy a vehicle with them because they are shady and will not tell me total price of vehicles nor are 2 of the 3 vehicles in good drivable condition. the salesman insults me saying I wasted his time even though i was very up front and would have bought a vehicle if they werent crappy and shady!!! i ask for me keys back since i still havent got them back and then they sit there and argue with me about where my keys are which the salesman had left in his desk for some very odd reason... now 2 weeks later i get a letter from them in the mail stating I have been DECLINED for credit through the NAP company, i never went through financing and they apparently arent honest since they say they approve everyone! not to mention they did not once offer the stupid NAP 3000 dollar rebate or tell me a price on any of the vehicles! DO NOT GO TO THEM OR TRUST THEM! this review is my opinion and are solely based on my views

Buyers beware! This is by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had in my whole life and probably ever will! When we purchased a car from them about 4 years ago my wife and I were a young married couple that were going to college and we were poor. Just starting out I had a two door car we thought would be nice to trade in or sale and get into a 4 door auto. We heard a commercial for NAP in Murray and figured we would go down and check it out. We went down there and from the get go the sales rep that was helping us was very short and pushy. We wanted to test drive a few autos there and they said they would let us but we had to give them our keys. So we did and didnt think anything of it. The night kept on going and it was getting late. We got back from text driving and they would not give back our keys. Kept on talking figures on a car we somewhat liked and it was around 11 pm they kept on pushing for a sale. My wife was litterally in tears in our old car because she just wanted to leave so I went out and sat in our car with her waiting for them to give back our keys so we could leave. 5 minutes later instead of brining us back our keys they brought us back a rose for my wife and saying if we bought a car that night they would give us a 500.00 gas gift card. At that time both my wife and I just caved and decided to just go for it. From there I was tired my wife was upset and the sales manager going over the details of the papers with us was very rude and in a hurry. He wouldnt explain any of the details of the loan to us on the final papers. Us being stupid and young instead of calling the police just signed the papers and got the new car and got out of there. From the start there was a check enjine light that was on the new car they said they would cover the costs for. When it came to repairing the car instead of having it repaired at a local shop near our home they made us come all the way down by them at a shop 60 miles away from our city. They tried repairing it and 20 miles later on the way home the check engine light came on again. I took it back to get repaired 3 times and the same thing kept on happening. The last time I went into the repair shop they told me that NAP of Murray arent willing to repair what needed to be repaired in the first place and if we wanted it fixed we would have to pay out of our own pocket 1200.00. I was livid at this time. Worst few months of my life. Finally we knew we had to sale it for as much as we could and take a hit for it. We finally sold it but lost 4000.00 on the car to be able to get it off our hands. Do not I repeat do not go to this dealer. They are mean, dishonest, and are really the worst dealership I think anyone could ever go to and they prey on younger people who arent educated on autos and loans. I will never in my life do business with NAP again and would tell anyone I know to stay as far away from them as possible.

I purchased a car from the Murray location. They signed a document stating that I could take it to my mechanic and that they would fix anything that they found wrong. I told them that the tires in the back where at half life and that there was a strong burning smell when using the heater. A day later the check engine light came on and I called and said the check engine light came on to which I knew they were aware of the issue because the mechanic they took it to before I picked it left the check engine reader in the car, they said they would fix and they didnt they cleared the code and then a week later the check engine light came on again I then had it read again and it was the same issue that I had previously. I then called and said you didnt fix the issue and I do not want it taken to the same place again. Either pay my mechanic to fix, take it to the chevy dealership, or get me a new car? they said I could use the warranty that I paid for to get it fixed and I said no you said you fix any issues that I had with the car and this is the same issue that you didnt fix in the first place. they then said that I would have to drive it all the way to sandy take time off of school to get it fixed and be without my car an entire day for the second time. a month later my car starts to leak coolant bad I take to my mechanic and again and they tell me the part for the check engine light that should have been fixed previously has not be fixed correctly and simply glued on and I have a picture of the botched repair job that they did. I do not like the way they do bonuses or the way they deal with their customer I feel very cheated that they would sell me a car with issues and pretend to fix them multiple times. I think that they are very dishonested people and shouldnt be able to continue to sell cars to others.
