I came upon Sunburst Auto dealership from seeing an ad posted on ksl. I called first thing in the morning and made sure the vehicle I was interested in was still available. I showed up around 10am the same day and left keys in hand around 12pm with one of the best interest rates on the market(granted I have excellent credit and finances/ 2.89%) they truly did search for the best price and made sure my bank price matched the competitors. They were not pushy in the least and were very straightforward and did everything they could with every step of the purchase. James (Hussen) was excellent and not your typical used car dealership salesman trying to push you into anything you dont want or exceed your spending limit. I would recommend stopping by Sunburst to checkout their inventory they regularly keep stocked. Also a good note is they put tint on almost all of their vehicles which was a great surprise.

I DIDNT buy a car from them and still want to report on my positive experience with them. On Saturday I found a great car on their lot and wanted to take an extra day or two to think about it. I put down a deposit on the car and gave myself a little more time. Over the weekend, I realized I wanted to buy a different car from a different dealership that was a little newer with lower mileage. It was a tough decision as both cars were great values. I called back Sunburst and explained my decision. They made some good faith efforts to persuade me to buy their cheaper car, but didnt stoop to manipulation or harassment. When I went back to collect my deposit, they were friendly and processed the refund quickly. I cant underscore enough how impressed I was that they handled my wishy-washy-ness with such grace and classiness. I would do business with them in the future.

I went to look for a car I found KSL. I called and they said it was in stock, so I showed up. Then they said it was in their other yard, so I drove to it. Then they said "sorry this car has a deposit on it," which no biggie.. Okay, thanks anyway. Then when they heard I was eager to buy a car, today, they suddenly said that there was no deposit, however a fuse was out the made the lights blink in the car, but come test drive it! I barely made it out of the parking lot before the car died, and it was shaking from the second I turned it on, and making a loud noise. They were polite, but I would hardly say this is good business practice. I had to leave a review considering so many reviews on here are 5 star. They also offered less than two other dealers did for my car trade-in on toward same valued cars by about 1,000.

I just bought a 2013 dodge challenger and the staff members there are so amazing.Theyre so nice and friendly, and theyre real patient. The staff members really do care about theyre customers. I didnt have good credit, but it was good enough for them to work with and help make my payments affordable. James, Mary and Elsa took good care of me and did anything they could to help lower the interest rate. I didnt have the money for the down payment right then and there, but they still at me take the car for the weekend and told me to just bring the payment by on the following day.The car looks new and drives new. So thank you sunburst auto for helping me get the car of my dreams. Great place

There are no words for how great these guys are. Alai is just amazing. I fell in love with a truck I saw in their inventory and drove from Clearfield to get it. He did everything he could to get me the monthly payment I could afford and I drove the truck home that day. When little problems came up with the truck within a week post purchase (it was a used truck and to be expected, by the way) instead of shoving the "as is" contract I signed back in my face, they took care of everything little thing I asked for! No questions asked! They were not happy until I was happy. That is true customer service. Alai and the team at Sunburst are the best! Thanks guys! -Miranda

I recently purchased a vehicle from Sunburst Auto Sales. All of the employees I interacted with were polite and professional. James was very patient and didnt use pushy sales tactics. When I told him I was interested in looking at another car in a different dealership, he simply gave me his card and politely invited me back. Overall James was very helpful in making my decision. He let me come to my own conclusions about the car. Mary was very kind and helpful. She was able to answer any questions that I had about finances. I will definitely take my business back to Sunburst Auto Sales when I am in the market for another vehicle.

This dealership was top notch! Dante went above and beyond to make sure we found the car we were most comfortable with. He gave us suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. Bought my Mazda 5 there. They wont budge on price, but the price was fair. They did a great job explaining everything about the purchase and how much everything would end up being at the end of the day. Not too pushy, and didnt try and deter me from checking other places first.
