Nasser is one of the most genuine and thoughtful people we have worked with, he made arranging purchasing a car a breeze. We would be flying in from out of state which could make figuring everything out frustrating, but it wasnt dealing with Nasser. He let us know local credit unions that we could apply for an auto loan with, which happened to be right across the street from his dealership. They were really easy to work with and friendly. He picked us up from our hotel and let us drive the car we wanted from the hotel to the dealership, which was exciting! He made sure to go above and beyond to help us in every way possible. We appreciate doing business with him. He made buying a car out of state an easy experience.

We bought a car two weeks ago from Alpine Auto and it was an incredibly positive experience! So much so that two weeks later I decided to log on and leave this review. Unlike many other car dealers Nassar actually genuinely cares about his customers. He was honest and always willing to help. He even advised us to take his cars to the mechanic to check for any problems. In fact he even offered to drive the car himself over to our mechanic of choice. I complexly recommend Nassar and his Alpine Auto Sales to individuals who want a positive (honest and helpful) car buying experience. You dont often run into a dealer who cares far more about people than simply making a profit.

My wife and I went to Alpine Auto sales to look at a specific car, and possibly trade in our car. We didnt end up buying a car from Nasser, but I have never had a better experience with a car salesman. He very straight forward and honest. We ended up buying a car from a dealer in Orem. After purchasing the car, I called Nasser to let him know that we would not be purchasing the car from him. He had me tell him everything about the car we had purchased, and assured me that the car we had chosen was a good car, and a good deal. Next time I purchase a car, I will definitely go to Alpine Auto Sales first, regardless if he has the car I want on the lot or not.

I didnt even buy the car and it was an Awesome Experience. Nasser was extremely honest and professional from the very beginning. I still have my jaw open wide as I just called to let him know we are going a different direction and that I will be bringing the car back to him tomorrow ( he let us take it to a mechanic ) at which point he offered to show up early, meet me and then drive me to work! What kind of salesman does this right after I decided not to buy the car!! He has left a wonderful impression on me for when I get ready to make a purchase. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

I went here because I saw all the other great reviews. I was pretty disappointed. The service was just okay. But my problem was with the car itself. I paid around 10k for a used car. I know its a AS IS warranty but I expect that kind of car to be in good/great condition. In the first week the check engine light came. Possibly the catalytic converter. Coincidence it turned on in the first week ? I dont know. I probably wont go back. If you do go here for a pricey used car have a mechanic check it first. They wont tell you whats wrong with it.

I have got to say, today I met Nasser for the very first time. He has nice cars on his lot and he does his research on information regarding his cars. He did not pressure me into buying, he actually encouraged me to take the cars to my mechanic. Very refreshing for a car salesman. I will be taking one of his cars to my mechanic tomorrow and if all works out, buy a car from Nasser. He is a wonderful individual and I recommend him and his cars to anyone. Bought my Toyota Tacoma from Nasser at Alpine Auto. My mechanic came with me and Nasser totally let him inspect the whole thing. My mechanic wanted to run a compression test on the engine and so he opened up the garage and let us take a look. The next day my mechanic went back alone and brought his tools and did a full inspection and the compression test was actually better than what he thought it was going to be. Next thing I did was bring a check, and 15min I was out the door! He takes care of everything for you, I highly recommend Alpine! Cam

I recommend purchasing a vehicle from Nasser at Alpine Auto. The entire auto buying experience was very relaxed and amiable. I never once felt pressured or as if Nasser was withholding information. Nasser seems trustworthy and honest and took care of everything, even putting on the plates when they came in. I wrote this review because Nasser deserves to be recognized for his integrity. Several years ago we bought a Toyota Highlander from Nasser. It had less than 15,000 miles on it, it looked brand new but it was only half the cost of new with a clean title. He even gave us an extra key fob he had and programmed it for us. Now 100,000 miles later its been the best car Ive ever owned its still going strong and I plan on keeping it for another 100,000. When the time comes well definitely be going back to Alpine.

Nasser was a great help. As a student looking for an affordable used car, I was running into dead ends, cars that needed a lot of repairs and work etc. Nasser keeps quality on his lot at really affordable prices. He is great to work with. He even let us take it off the lot and waited for the check to be delivered the next day! Really satisfied with my experience.

We bought a Subaru from Nasser in 2013 and the process was extremely smooth. I am out of state so he picked me up from the airport in the Subaru so I could drive it back to the car lot. I recently bought a car from this lot and within the two months period Ive spent almost 2g on repairing it. I got warranty on it as well and they all ripped me off, the warranty didnt want to cover any damages that happened to the car. Such a freaking disappointment and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone...
