I went to America auto group after totaling my last vehicle. I wanted a 4x4 used truck with 3 attributes: 1- bench front seat for 6 passenger seating (fit the whole family when needed). 2- big screen radio/media panel with top of the line backup camera. (I have a long skinny driveway with kids often playing in it). 3- leather seats. Problem I ran into other places, is the upgraded media isnt commonly paired with bench seats, and leather also isnt often paired with bench seats. I looked at several places, and often felt pressured to opt into a different mode that either had 1 or 2 of my 3 priorities, or maybe go for something bigger than o wanted. I watched America auto groups website inventory and found t was always kept current. Several times I went to visit to test drive new trucks, never finding the right fit, and never feeing unnecessary pressure to buy now. Finally, AAG got a used truck in inventory that met 2 of my 3 criteria, and they offered a solution to my 3rd I hadnt thought of. I went down and test drove a great truck, but it was fabric. With AAGs help, knowing I wanted leather try helped me Get the fabric switched out for leather. I switched out the leather for better than manufacturer quality, giving me a bit of customization on my f150, and o have exactly the truck I wanted. I appreciated their patience with me, and helping me proactively search for EXACTLY what I wanted, without ever settling for less.

Never ever ever buy a car from this place!!! It is my opinion that they do not inspect any vehicle on their lot, just try to get them off as soon as possible. In 2015 I bought a 2009 used vehicle from this place and have put more money towards repairs then I have my actual loan. Every shop that I have had it in has said it should not be having these kinds of problems so early on. One of the salesman coerced me into taking down my original review with promises to help me find a reputable and cheaper repair shop to help with the problems I was having, which he never did. Now I completely understand that a used car is a used car but the man who sold me this car give me some spiel about not selling a bad car to a single mother because he had had one himself, even saying that he knew the previous owner and the car was in excellent condition....a year and a half and $5,000 in repairs later it is back in the shop AGAIN. Scam artists at their finest.

My wife and I recently purchased a Ford truck from America Auto Group, and I have to say I was extremely impressed from start to finish with these guys. From the first interactions to closing the deal, Austin and Brian took the time to answer every question and find the perfect vehicle for us. Do you hate going to car dealerships and feel pressured to buy, or buy a warranty, or spend 4 hours in their office? Thats the complete opposite of what youll find here. They were friendly, helpful, didnt try to sell us some extra warranty, and got us in and out FAST!!! Buy from these guys and you wont be disappointed! We didnt have to look anywhere else because the trucks they have are in nicer condition and better price than anyone else around!

Never buy anything from these jokers! The truck was badly scratched had just been buffed compound & swirl marks were everwhere it looked terrible! Brian said they didnt buff it. He then said it was just traded in, i looked at the carfax and found he just bought it out of Canada...why the lies brian? He also tried to tell me my trade in was worth 5k less because carfax said it had an accident...the title is clean, Im the second owner and knew the original. The accident didnt even need paint work! STAY AWAY!!!

Great service up until it comes time for negotiation. These guys are salesmen all the way. Had cash and intended to buy, wouldnt even come down $500 on a 14-year-old overpriced Silverado 1500. Car dealers should expect to come down from sticker price, every time. Found another truck from a private seller $2000 cheaper. Skip these guys, find someone willing to reason with you.
