Genesis Auto, a great company! Julio went above and beyond what i expected, I looked at several vehicles all were very nice. But, I really wanted the Accura and, had my heart set on it. Well, come to find out i couldnt get a loan for the amount of the vehicle. I was disappointed, but Julio worked with me and the loan company, he spent hours and days. Julio was able to negotiate a price and a down payment that was fair for him, myself and also satisfied the finace company and their terms. He was my liason with the finance company, he (Julio) was amazing! Other dealers would not have personally called the finace company, and called the customer (us) to discuss exactly what he could do to help get you the vehicle you were interested in and wanted. Others would have wrote you off or, sold you something that was not to your liking. I would recommend that anybody looking for their first or second vehicle, go directly to Genesis Auto (Julio) first. They were not honest about the issues with the used vehicle I was interested in. They do not want you taking these cars to be checked by a mechanic (refer to the test drive agreement). I explained that my husband is the mechanic and there response was "I guess we cant stop you from having your husband look at it." I felt that this was sketchy from the beginning. The issues with the car were visible with a simple small flashlight - their mechanics cant have missed a rear main seal (oil) leak. Also the A/C did not work when the ad claimed it did. Overall I was dissatisfied with the service I received in person, the honesty of the salesperson, and the quality of the vehicle for the price.

On November 22nd we purchased a 2003 Infiniti I35 from this location. Genesis Auto Sales specializes in the $5000 and under market which was perfect for us because we wanted to pay cash and not finance this purchase. The owner, Julio, keeps the environment low pressure and made the buying process much easier / faster than we expected. Now, 4 weeks later the vehicle is running well, is without mechanical issues and we are very happy with our purchase.

Went in to check out a particular car Tito had for sale. Had a great experience and ended up buying the car. I got a fair price with no run around! Tito was very nice and very helpful. The car itself is a gem! Clean car fax and when I took it to VW to get checked it got a clean bill of health. Definitely feel like I got a good deal! I would definitely recommend these guys if youre looking for a "new" used car!
