I wont buy a car ever from Earnhardt Cadillac their the worst car dealership ever known. I had negotiated a car with options dealership had put in the sticker price and Anthony Hermann had told me it was included with the deal we had agree , he even said that the options were already put in car, at the time of sign paperwork they made me sign something that I was declining other options that they try to sell but I never thought it was stuff that the window sticker said that dealership had place other options, options that I had already discuss with saleman Anthony Hermann that were staying in the car, I notice that those options werent included after I drove from back to Yuma and I called Anthony and he didnt answer my phone calls or text message , after I called the dealership so many times he answer and gave me a run around saying it wasnt included in the price that their werent part of deal. I drove from Yuma to Scottsdale again to talk to General Manager Tom and he told me that I had sign off on those options and that he couldnt do nothing about the situation, I stated I would see in court cause so unfair that they can get away like that with customers, Tom was trying to ignore me cause he new it was true. I wont recommend to buy a car from this people cause they will try to remove stuff from your vehicle when they already told you their were included, is a lie, they reduce the price, but be careful do not sign anything that your declining options that the vehicle already has in it. Be cautious! I would put zero stars but it wont let me place the posting without putting one star, but no stars are put in!

In December my husband wanted me to drive a few different new vehicles for no other reason than to see if I wanted to give up my 5 year old Denali. I sat in a Mercedes SUV and didn’t even like the seats. Then I tried a Yukon Denali at a nearby dealer. Drove the car and it was okay, the sales person was very nice and not pushy, but then the “manager” had to come out. That ended that. We moved on to Earnhardt Cadillac. The only cars I drive now are SUVs so we were introduced to Omar Shakhwar. He was so very pleasant, extremely helpful and patient. Since I wanted an SUV, we looked at the Escalades on the lot and I found the perfect color. He took us for an extended drive in the area all the while explaining everything about this beautiful car. He was so very knowledgeable about all the computer options and other gizmos that come with this vehicle. Our visit turned into a great deal – both on giving up my Denali as a trade and a super deal on a lease. We picked up my new car the next day with a huge red bow on it! Omar made the whole experience a total pleasure. But I also have to give kudos to the rest of the staff at Earnhardt Cadillac. From Larry Nichols the sales manager who politely introduced himself, Tobey Bates the finance manager who helped with our deal, and the service staff who helped me pick out new wheels. Thanks much to Omar and the Earnhardt gang.

I have had an absolutely horrible experience at Earnhardt Cadillac. I leased a new Escalade ESV on October 31 and the following day when I picked up the vehicle we could not get the CUE system to connect to my phone. I had 3 salesmen trying to help me and within 2 minutes of leaving the dealership the system failed. One of the salesmen suggested it to be sent to the service department before we left. I regret my decision to take possession of the vehicle that day. During the following 2-3 weeks the entire navigation CUE system failed repeatedly. Constant disconnects, reboots and blank screen events occurred. The initial inspection and repair did nothing to fix the problem. The dealer now has my car and they are telling me it will be 2 or 3 weeks for the part to come in. I just want to start over with a new car and be rid of this lemon and all of the headaches. I dont have time for this disruption. When I requested a new car, the salesman had the gall to tell m that he would gladly sell me a new car but it would cost me more. I find this outrageous and completely offensive. If this isnt resolved quickly I will have no choice but to turn to the news outlets and social media to share my awful bull experience with the dealership that claims to have a no bull customer policy.

My husband & I were vacationing in AZ, from Spokane WA. where the lease on our Cadillac was was nearly up; so, we thought wed just breeze through the Earnhardt sales lot for ideas, as we planned to actually lease our next car back in Spokane. But then...Anthony Herrmann came up to talk to us: He knew we were from out of town (and likely would re-lease in Spokane) - but, he still took so much of his time with us to answer our questions, we were impressed. He was so patient, had us sit in various cars, talked sports with my husband, etc. We left there thinking, "I wonder how hard it would be to lease here", hed been so pleasant. But, we ruled it out, thought it would likely be a hassle. We were hooked though. We came back the next day, thinking wed "just look a little more", and there was Anthony. Before long, due to his incredible knowledge & patience, we found ourselves sitting in the showroom, signing a contract. I think we even forgot to negotiate on the price...but it was such a good experience, I can honestly say, that it didnt matter. My husband is a cancer survivor, and each day is a gift - and Anthony made that day so pleasant, so much fun, well always think of it as a great day in our life together as a couple. Kudos to Anthony, thanks for all your help!

Our buying experience of a new Cadillac SRX at Legends was about as good as it gets. We have bought 8 cars over the last 20+ years and know good service when we see it. We went to Legends to BEGIN our shopping process for a new luxury mid-size SUV and walked off the lot owning one. We had planned to go see the Audi, Infiniti, BMW and other options on this same evening but were so pleased with the total package and environment at Legends that we decided we did not need to look further. Derek Spady was our sales representative. Although he is a young man, he was knowledgeable and hit exactly the right note with us: helpful and informative without pushing too hard. He has a bright career in front of him. The Sales Manager, Paul Glans, was top-notch--classy, informative, helpful and low-key. The same goes for the Finance Manager, Larry Nichols. These professionals clearly take pride in their product and want to build a relationship with their clients. They are proud of their service department and emphasized it to us several times--which is a big plus from our perspective and helped us make the decision. Also, the financing and leasing options are very attractive. We ended up buying our vehicle because we plan to own it a long time; but we were
