Horrible horrible horrible cars and most importantly horrible customer services. My self and my wife bought a car from here about 5 months ago we were in of a car at the time. The next day took the car back my locks would not work and when I hit a bump on the road sounded like and felt like my front end was going to fall off my car door on the driver side sounded like Tin on Tin hitting they told me it sounded normal I than walked over to another door opened and closed and said that is how a door is suppose to sound they said they look at I did not put up fuse I allowed them to fix it after a little bit my car was running really bad I than replaced both hub systems up front and a caliber as well after replacing those my car sounded the same and feels like the wheels are going to fly off I had called spoke with the owner Kate about this issue and bc I was 500 miles over my warranty they said nothing they can do just like that didnt care my wife called spoke with Kate my wife expressed her concerns on how after 5 months the car should not be driving like this and how we knew it was in an accident when we mention that they say nothing. Kate was very nasty with my wife no care in the world that I drive my daughter in this vehicle that they sold me that is seriously falling apart. My wife had asked Kate either fix it or give me another vehicle for same price she stated she can not do anything like that and now to top it off the lockes they fixed in the first are not working again I lock my car and it unlocks it self we have called them several Times about this they said they would fix it and Kate would Call me back to set up when to bring it in never got a phone call back they claim they called me back I no they did not I got no call no voicemail I called back again spoke with Kate finally she stated she was busy and would call Me back again never got a call back until three days later I get told there mechanic will be leaving in 3 days and will be gone from there on and need to bring it the next day one I am not happy about this I called for a week and they want to do it when its convenient for them not to mention I have no clue how long it will take and I will be with out a car again they did not care my wife gets on the phone again addressing her same concerns and the fact that 5 months later the locks should not be broken anyway the lady had the nerve to tell My wife I dont no why you are so upset needless to say yes my wife was very mad everything with them goes in one ear and out the other they do not care about there customers like they say they do and Im sure someone from that place is going to come on here and say how this is a lie and they are a family placed business and wish someone would have contacted them like I see on all there responses this is not a lie we are currently still dealing with this issue why would I waste my time to write this up and make reports to the bbb for it to be a lie and I will continue to keep making reports and I will not stop at anything until the right thing is done. These people should be ashamed of them selves to be putting people exscpecially family with kids in cars that are excuse my language crap I can not wrap my head around this at all and I am extremely upset about this as would any one of them in that business of they were our shoes or any one else they sold a car to with the same problems Im sure they would not like to be treated the way they are treating there customers. I hope something is done about this I no on my end it will be cause this is horrible Such scammers in that business.

I personally talked to the owner, last Friday about paying my car payment on July 8 an giving then the new car insurance information an the I asked if I had to make the payment on the 8 what would happen she said nothing. Friday July 8th at 3pm they towed my car. I called them right when this was happening and the girl Ashley told me that if I give them the new insurance information that I could come get my car, so I did just that finally the manager who was out of the office all day answers the phone when I call, she says since the car was repossessed that I would have to pay the balance of the car 12,000 an I told her repeatedly that Ashley told me that if I gave them the insurance information (which I did) I could come get the car, at this time the conversation with the manager was recorded an the manager told me that she didnt remember our conversation and then told me that Ashley said that she never told me I have to come get the car Dont by from here, I will do anything in my power to make sure they are out of business. DONT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM!!! My car was repossessed after missing one payment that KATE an I talked about the conversation that she does not remember!!! How dont you remember a conversation about money REALLY I contacted NBC news an talked to someone I also have talked to other ppl that have had issues with them YOU WILL BE STOPPED KATE, I dont let things like this go you are very unprofessional am not to mention they only said I had 1 recall on the car an found out there were 2 one that actually caused the car to stop running on the highway with my 6 year old in the back called pallies an they said once they talked to Kate they would know what to do like WHAT!! How come ever time something happens no one can at anything they have to wait for Kate huh? Was waiting for a horn for 2 months also got 2 tickets for not having a horn!! What kind of business is this!!

Junk Cars!! Stay away! They repo cars and resell right away. Because we were desperate we purchased a vehicle from them and a week later the horn went, 3 weeks later the front drive side hub assembly went we almost lost a tire. They told us they put new brakes on and they were worn in a month. I was pulled over for not having my vehicle inspected even though there was a valid sticker in the window. It was stolen from another truck/car. The week before Christmas they repod my car after I call to say I would be late on one payment. I had less than $1000 left on vehicle. Had to borrow a car to get down there to pay them off. The 3 sisters that work there cant manage the place for anything. They lose keys and paperwork/checks all the time. Every time I had to go in there someone was complaining about them losing their stuff. Kate and Ashley spend more time surfing the web and leaving for food 7-8 times a day each that they are never there to answer the phone or print papers. RUN THE OTHER WAY! Half the vehicles dont run or have an exhaust or transmission issue.
