One of the few remaining honest car dealers in the area. My daughter bought her first cat there today and she hot an excellent deal. LOWER than KBB and very clean to boot. Thank you Vallejo Nissan for treating her right. * UPDATE * My husband is so pleased that our daughter got such a good deal.and service that he decides.he wants to.go back and try to see if.they have anything he may want. BAD MOVE. Hes goes and tests drives an ATS and didnt like it so he went on Vallejo Nissan website and sees a Chevy Camaro hes interested in a calls to make an inquiry to see three things. 1) Does it have navi 2) Does it have premium audio and 3)how much would a 4 yr 60k extended warranty cost. They say theyll get him the info in a few minutes. SIX hours later not a perp. Then he calls their sister store Hyundai of Vacaville, where the car actually is to get the answer and...nothing. So, he calls both again mid morning and again they ow him off. While hes waiting he goes on another Internet search and finds a different Chevy Camaro, same year, same LT trim level at Jimmy Vasser Chevrolet in Napa and asks the exact same question to Joe Commission that he asked the previous two dealerships. 10 minutes later Joe Commisso fromJimmy Vasser Chevrolet calls back with the answers and explains what the associated costs would be and how those cost can be financed and included under the Chevrolet extended warranty since it was dealership installed. Seeing how hard it is to get someone THAT QUALIFIES (they pulled my husbands credit) to convince someone at Vallejo Nissan or Hyundai of Vallejo to sell him a car, I guess hell just go ahead and buy the car he wants at a dealership that appreciates our business. We need to make sure our daughter knows about this so she can warn her friends to stay away from Vallejo Nissan and all their sister stores. Seems like arrogance and apathy run in their blood. My husband took delivery of the car TWO hours later. With the promised full take of gas and FREE oil changes for a year included NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE and a detail DONE RIGHT.

We live 77 miles away, but bought our car at Vallejo Nissan. I have to say, we had an excellent buying experience at Vallejo Nissan. I liked that its a small dealership and seemed much more laid back than others. After much research and test driving, we had decided to get a Rogue. The dealerships near us were all working hard trying to get our business, but we settled on the one in our area that works with the Costco Auto program. None of the other dealerships could come close to the price quoted from that program. Unfortunately, the dealership didnt have the base model (S model) and spent two days unsuccessfully trying to do a dealer trade to get one. I saw online that Vallejo Nissan not only had them, but had our first choice in color, and advertised it at a price below everyone but the Costco price. So I called them. Within a few minutes, they agreed to match the Costco price, and even said theyd hold the car while we drove out. The deal went smoothly. They didnt try to sell us anything additional except for the extended warranty, which we politely refused. All the people we met were very nice. They explained that its a family owned dealership and they own the land theyre on, so they have much lower overhead than most dealerships, which allows them to come down on price. All I know is that we got the car we wanted at a very good price with minimal hassle.

Not the best dealership. If you are a first time buyer make sure you bring someone knowledgeable with you. Otherwise youll be screwed. Also, do not, under any circumstance, let any of the sales man get a hold of your credit card before you know the full terms of the contract including price, interest, monthly payments etc. These people are full of it, will make up stuff in order for you to buy from them. Its important to know that the bank does not determine a cars price, they can only decide whether to loan you the money or not. Beware of their pretty common trick "the bank wants to know how much you can put down" because thats money that goes to waste since it doesnt even get deducted from the cars price. Like I mentioned, please do not let these people fool you. If you are a first time buyer and do not know about the scams and tricks just avoid visiting them.

THIS WAS ONE OF MY VERY BESTEST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCES EVER THANKS TO RYAN!!! FROM THE BEGINNING HE MADE MY FAMILY AND I FEEL SO WELCOMED! WE HAD OUR 2 DAUGHTERS WITH US...BOTH UNDER 5 YEARS OLD...HE DIDNT HESITATE ON SHOWING THEM A BOX FULL OF LEGOS,CRAYONS,COLORING BOOKS AND THEIR FAVORITE PART IS THAT HE GAVE THEM POPSICLES!!!.. Got quoted a from pep boys felt like it was really over priced, so i heard from someone to go here and ask for Ramon and he gave me a way better quote.
