What an incompetent bunch of people. Three years ago when we showed up to get a car everyone was all smiles, offering water, coffee, even popcorn. We had 4-5 people surrounding us at all times helping with the process. Finally the 3 year lease was up and I went in to return the car. The receptionist was extremely clueless on what to do (had no one ever returned a lease here before?). Since we werent there to buy anything, not a single person offered us water or anything. No one bothered to talk to us, except one sales guy who asked if we wanted to buy a new car and then proceeded to ignore us when we said no. We arrived at 5:15 (they close at 9pm), at 5:45 the finance manager told us he was going to help another customer at a nearby dealership and that we were next. He said he would take 30 minutes. At 6:50 he came back to help us. Our paperwork took 10 minutes (at most) and we left. The final bill would arrive by mail in the next several weeks. A couple of weeks later (today) I decided to log in to my account (I used to only get my statements online, so not to waste paper). Lo and behold, I have a new monthly statement from Nissan! So I called the corporate number and hey hey, turns out the finance manager never filled out the proper paperwork on his end to notify Nissan I had returned the car! Now the guy who assisted me on the phone is going to fix everything, undo the statement, and send the final one in the mail. Luckily I decided to check my account, otherwise who knows how long it would have been until everything was straightened out and I possibly would have had a few missed payments added to my credit for the statements I should have never gotten! All because of this lousy dealership! They provide terrible customer care and are extremely incompetent in doing their regular job.

I have purchased enough new cars to dread the process of the having salesperson wear you down to get you to buy a car. I decided to use to of the larger net based car buying services - carsdirect and truecar. The main difference between the two is that carsdirect gives you a price, but doesnt tell you the dealer up front. With truecar, you get 3 bids from different dealers in your area. In this case, truecar came back with the lower price (it was also $2,000 less than my local dealer said was his best price). I heard from all three dealers, but Mandy from Hanless Nissan was the first to call (within 10 minutes). I told her that the other two dealers quoted a lower price, and she said they would beat their price by $100. They had to located the exact model I wanted, and we agreed upon a price and I was just waiting for something to go wrong. I was wrong - everything went very smooth. There was no problems, no hard upsell and they delivered the car without any problems whatsoever. The finance manger did offer the extended warranty, which I declined, and that was all he said about it. I would recommend using online services, including Edmonds to get an idea of what you should pay, and then get a free quote from two different services. There is nothing that could have made my experience with Hanlees better. I cant comment on their service department as they are located too far from where I live, and perhaps not all their salespeople are as good as the one I had, but I will surely get a quote from them the next time I am in market for a car.

I recently bought a vehicle from Hanlees. The sale went through fine and I feel I got a good price and warranty. I wasnt told I had to pay for the warranty... Oh well my fault. The salesman (I wont mention any names) promised me the world and fell short the whole way through. The sales staff, in my opinion are totally unprofessional. They had these girls in there they were acting in an unprofessional manner with. I had my son with me, not happy about that. There were a number of other things but I really dont have time to say all that. In the end I talked to a very helpful gentleman named Steve. The service manager! He helped me getting all the things I was promised by my salesman and fixed an item they missed on their 160 point inspection! (pre-owned vehicle) No charge to me. Covered n the warranty Im paying for. Would I buy a car from Hanlees Nissan again? Only if Steve was the salesman. I wouldnt suggest it to anyone else. I love the car and feel I got a fair deal. Hanlees Needs to look at their sales staff a little better. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

disrespectful, rushing, and unprofessional experience. Wouldnt recommend going there unless you know what youre buying. Car lot, full of dirty cars. You can almost choke on the dust as you walk by them. Not even kidding. I dont want to put any names out there but the guy who took me and my family to test drive a car was most of the time on his phone. A qualified salesman should know better than to give the impression that his phone is more important than $27,000 sale that he can potentially give his company. Im guessing his hourly rate is more important than his own commission. so much more to add this story but it is not worth the effort. Would rather drive twice the miles for better service.

I purchased a vehicle from here. There was a little issue that arose and the person who sold me the car was not there the day i contacted them about the issue. One internet sales manager named Tony Christy went out of his way to make things right for me. Knowing that he would not make any profits (no commissions etc) Tony still went the extra mile to help me out. Others who were involved in helping me were Rafael (my main man), David, and AJ from management and Bob along with another real nice guy whose name I did not get from service. Just avoid the fiesty little guy in the over sized suit (somethings wrong with him). Thanks again, all you guys.

I went to this dealership and its was the best experience. My Nissan Sentra 2012 broke down on the Vallejo bridge due to a blown out engine. The staff at this dealership were not only professional but cared about what I wanted in a new car! They were personal and knowledgeable with their product! They worked it out and got me into a Nisan Sentra 2017! Brian Columbia was my sales person and he was AWESOME! Everyone here was so helpful! Victor is the Sales Manager and he makes things happen! There was a family feel to this place! I recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a new car!

Anthony was extremely helpful providing info over the phone before I even brought my car in, so I already knew what to expect. My car is fairly new, but i bought it used, so I wanted to have the full 9 yards done. Service was quick; by the time I was off of work, my car was done. My mechanic, Tim, was very knowledgable about my car and knew what to look for. Anthony explained all the different types of services and helped me pick one that gave me the most peace of mind. My experience working with the service team was exceptionally great, which is one reason Ill be coming back.
