These guys are absolutely incredible. Not your typical used car dealership whatsoever. Alex is extremely helpful, sincere, and truly does everything in his power to get you into the car you love. He gives you so many options to assist you in getting the car youre looking for. They have quality cars and you can tell that they have a passion for selling reliable, trustworthy cars to valued customers, rather than tricking customers into buying a car thats going to more than likely going to have issues shortly after purchase, like many other used car dealerships. I highly recommend if youre looking for great service and great cars. Alex definitely worked his magic, because I can happily say at 19 Im driving the car of my dreams; if I could give this dealership more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. Even if youre far, its well worth the drive.

Totally love this place! I was looking for a car, since it is my first car, I wanted something small with less miles and not too expensive. So, I came to Diamond Auto to check out what they have. I got to admiit, customer service was amazing. Alex helped me find a perfect match. He took care of everything, DMV paperwork and other things which I had no clue about and would not want to deal with on my own. He made the process really easy and quick. I bought Toyota Corrola 2008. It only had 80k miles with perfect condition and fit my budget. Im really glad we found this place. appriciate all the help. Thank you Alex.

I must say Alex and his team does a great job. I am very impressed by their customer service experience and how they really are a role model for the business. I have always been very skeptical when I buy cars and I have done it a lot of time and mostly new and premium brands. I must say this is no doubt the far best buy-a-car-experience I ever had. Keep up the good work and spread your amazing customer experience. I also have to add that I never write reviews and I have a background as a +17-year-old serial entrepreneur so I am very picky regarding customer experience.

I think Alameda city can be proud of this business: a dealership which adds to the feeling of being a special place in our Bay Area: a small but beautiful spot at the entry to the historic and rejuvenated Park street business district. Im very impressed by a progress this dealership is making over the years. They have a great selection of used luxury cars, well maintained, and reasonably priced. Extremely polite and always helpful and knowledgeable owner and stuff. Diamond Auto is my first choice to shop for a better car.

I had an extremely pleasant experience buying a car from this guys. They were able to answer all my questions, provided great reports on the car and they are always ready to help when you have follow up question after purchase. It has been a few months since I bought a car from them and I am more then happy with this deal. They also have good inventory: while I was there 2 more people bought cars from them which speaks for itself. I would definitely recommend checking out this place.

I bought a car from this guy and 2 months later the car broke down. I had to replace the whole suspension area, plus the tranny went out a month after the suspension problems which is over $3000 in repairs; and i paid $6400 for the car. I have no idea what the rest of these people are talking about. He gets his cars from the auction and sells them for way more then they are worth. We received a very low interest rate and they also washed the car I drove there on to purchase this wonderful German machine. Alex was very nice and he is a straight shooter. I highly recommend Diamond Auto Sales. As I was driving over from Santa Cruz to look at a car, it sold...so Alex went out of his way to give me a good deal on a different car, and Im very very happy with it! He even paid for Uber to bring me back to pick it up. He was respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable, and whenever Im ready for my next car Ill be giving him a call. Recently drove off with a car from Diamond Auto Sales. Alex is the best! I was very pleased with the service and the amount of accommodation I received. My drive is about an hour away and Alex offered to bring the car to a mechanic for me instead of me driving there and back. He always made sure that all my questions were answered and that he could assist me in anyway possible. 10/10 would recommend!
