I give my 2 star review based on my experience with Raymond Leung. He was professional and very helpful. Now for why I would NOT recommend getting your car serviced here... I brought my 04 TSX in for a skiddish SRS light. It would intermittently go on and off. I talked to Raymond who was very helpful and said it would probably be done the next day. I got a call at 5PM saying it was done and so I picked it up and drove home. While I was driving I noticed streaks and pinhead-sized marks on my window which I assumed was from the complimentary wash. After getting home and upon closer inspection, I noticed that there were streaks, gouges and pinhead-sized marks on the inside of the window tint. Tint was missing and it was not like that when I had dropped off the car. I called and was told to speak to Michael Kelly, Service Coordinator. I called and he said to bring in the car the next day so he could look at it. I brought in the car the next day and he takes a quick look and says hell think about it and give me a call. He takes down my number and goes about his business. Thats it. I was there for a total of 10 minutes. So this was Strike 1. Michael didnt seem at all interested in the problem, he obviously didnt care, and was pretty dismissive. So I wait over the weekend for his call. No call later that day, no call Saturday, and no call Sunday (which was Easter). I waited til 3:45P to call. When I spoke to him he apologized for not calling because he was "too busy". Strike 2! Then he told me that he would not be able to replace the tint because he couldnt understand how it could have happened when all they did was "replace the seatbelt buckle". Got it. Then I asked if he spoke to the people that worked on my car and he quickly said yes and that they didnt do it. Michael went on to say that the I signed a waiver saying the dealership is not liable for damages to my vehicle. He went on to say that even if they did damage the tint while wiping the windows, it wasnt any error on their part but the fact that i had inferior tint since they "wash a lot of cars everyday with no problems". Strike 3! I am going to talk to Phil Peterson, the General Manager, next week. I dont expect to have my windows tinting be covered, but I hope to get treated like a customer and not a nuisance. CONCLUSION: I would not recommend getting your car serviced here. Or if you do since its convenient, make sure to take pictures of the inside and outside of your car before you bring it in. That and make sure you dont have "inferior" tint on your windows...

HERES YOUR STINKING SURVEY!!!! If there was a [Hell, NO] button, I would press the living crap out of it. I shopped here in 2009 for a brand new Acura MDX. The sales rep was trying to place me in an 8.9% loan with A paper credit. My monthly payments alone were $750, per month. Went to Acura of Serramonte and got 4.9% loan on my A paper credit. 03/2012...I didnt care for Concord Acura, so I brought my Acura here for repair on the brakes because a different mechanic could not figure out whats wrong with my brakes. Dealership fixed the brakes. However, upon getting my vehicle back it was vandalized/sabotaged (which confirms my suspicion about these crooks in the first place). They took out my left turning signal light and I found a huge gash on my rear door. I nearly get into an accident on the freeway that evening. I have called 2X to speak to Joe. Wouldnt you know it? Joe is not at work today. No answer. I spoke with Mike since they want a survey. I told him what had happened. I was told that the General Manager would get in touch with me. Nadda!!!! Parts were overpriced to begin with. I had to buy a pair of tail lights and replace it myself. If you ever think of driving by this dealership, keep on driving.

What a pleasant and painless experience!! After having a bad experience at Concord Acura, I called and spoke with Raquel Lopez. We made an appointment for that afternoon. Upon arriving, she was super-professional and gathered all the information about my trade-in, along with my desires for a new car. She then had my trade-in appraised and we worked through the financial details. She found all the incentives that I qualified for, there were no games or pressure, and we quickly agreed on a fair price for both my trade-in, and for a lease on a 2016 ILX. After working with Alex and Ray in the Finance Department, Raquel thoroughly explained all the controls and helped me setup my preferences. Oakland Acura knows how to treat customers with respect and makes the car-buying experience easy. They are the best car dealer I have ever worked with. I will definitely buy all my Acuras from Oakland Acura in the future!

I bought my TL about seven years ago. The buying experience was awesome in how sensitive the salesman was to who I am. He listened and didnt preach. Pretty unusual in the car business. I could go on for days on how wonderful Acuras are. But I wont. (I produce TV spots for luxury cars, so Im sort of in the thick of this business, most of which is hype. Except for Acura which is sadly very under-hyped.) Whats important is what happens after you buy the car. And here both Acura and Oakland Acura are worthy of high praise. Almost nothing has gone wrong with the car since I bought it. But also the Service team at Oakland have always been honest, reasonably priced (the car just doesnt need much) and super polite and professional. High praise, but after seven years of consistently great service they deserve these kudos. I cant imagine buying another brand and I cant imagine buying it anywhere else.

Excellent car buying experience! Immediately greeted by friendly and professional staff, beautiful store and excellent location. My sales consultant, Jin Chhabra, and the Manager Alex Diani, were both such a pleasure to work with. All of the options were shown to me including available features and packages. All of my questions/concerns were addressed during finance and I was 100% confident about all the details of my purchase before signing and accepting my new 2016 Acura MDX. My recent purchase was made easy, efficient and an overall pleasurable experience. I can say with confidence I will be back to service my vehicle here by the professional and friendly team at Oakland Acura. I will be referring my friends, family and co-workers to come see Alex Diani, and Jin at this dealership. You guys were truly amazing, thank you so much for my new car I absolutely LOVE it!

Were looking for a new car for our son and after reading everyones reviews on various dealerships around the bay area, I am SOOOO happy I have an Acura that are being serviced by Oakland Acura. I never write a review and I realized it is rare to have a 100% happy experience, and more rare to experiencing it time and time again. I now appreciate Oakland Acura so much. Never had any problem, never experience any attempt to sell me things I dont need, never any problem with scheduling as they are always on time with both drop off and pick up when car is done. Buying a car is only a small part of your total car experience. But servicing the car, youll be doing that for years to come so it is important to pick a dealership with a fabulous servicing department. I might have to buy another Acura for my son.
