If youre black they will follow you around the store suspecting you to stop lift. I understand that they have had my fellow black folk shop lift in there before but I have been shopping there since they opened in the 1990s and Im a paying customer. When you are African American and enter their facility, you can see the manager signal the workers to follow the customer around the shop. Very uncomfortable experiences at this store. I dont shop here anymore because of this reason and the prices are just too expensive.

Horrible service!!!! And they also mix their products they dont sell the actual product specially if you buy the expensive AMIKA SHAMPOO, TREATMENTS conditioner etc! They are terrible! They have lost about 10 customers because of this! They arent loyal to the public!! Dont buy from here !!!!!

Very friendly staff and the products are top quality. They have a huge variety of any beauty supply item, and the prices are very affordable. Thank you guys for letting me know about the coupon program, it really save me money!!. I strongly recommend this store in the south-dade area.
