First, let me start by saying that this has got to be one of the worst dealerships I have ever seen. They are rude, dishonest and uncaring. You should do everything in your power to avoid this dealership. I took my car there to have it worked on, they did $1300 dollars of fixes on it or so they said and told me it was ready to go, lie number one. I arrived at the dealership ready to pick up my car, got in and turned the key and nothing, it was dead. Went back in and talk to the attendant at the desk said he would look into it. Next day came back to pick up my car was told that the battery was bad. Lie number two, I know that the battery is good because it is almost new and I tested it before I put it into the car, this time the car did start. As I drove off the dealership parking lot I saw that one of my tires was flat got out to look at it had been slashed by what I believe to be a knife it had a two-inch slash in the sidewall again I went and talk to the attendant at the dealership I was referred to the manager Dominic caminiti, do not trust this man! When I told him, what had happened the first thing he said was that he was not responsible and he could do nothing to help me over and over again, great customer service I next told him that if he could just review his srvaline cameras to see who had doing this he later said that my car was out of range of his cameras, lie number three my car was parked only 100 feet from two cameras and the lot was always lit.the very next day my car which they had said was ready to go and after I had purchase a new tire to replace the one that had been slashed, would not start, I again returned to the dealership and was told that they could look at my car if my wallet was open,( this this was not a lie, this what they were truly after money) I said that I did not have any more money after I had to pay the repair bill. I next started looking over my car I am not a mechanic nor do I pretend to be one but I know a little about electracy, I discovered that the battery was being drained by a short somewhere in the car I next took my car to real mechanic not those bozos at the dealership. The mechanic I took my car to said that two power cables had been put to closely together and that was the problem I cannot believe that the so called professional mechanics at the dealership could have missed this, the only thing I can assume is that this was done to extort more money from me.

Monday my fiancé and I went to this dealership to look at a few vehicles that we found on their website we where interested in. To be exact we had a total of 5 cars we wanted to check out and possibly test drive our favorites to see. We decided that when we got there we would just go head and try to find the ones we liked ourselves and hopefully a salesman would eventually come out to help us. We looked at almost every car on that lot before we seen anyone. Once we got a sales person to assist us it was a struggle. We told him what we where currently interested in and the price range we wanted to stay in. I flat out told him that I was interested in either a Chevy Suburban, Tahoe or the 2014 malibus. I clearly stated that we wanted the SUVs to be the 2007 models or newer with the bench set for the second row. I had to tell him 4 times that I did not want an SUV that looked like a mini van on the inside. Thats when he proceeds to try and sell me a conversation van for $9000!!! Then he showed us a pace car they had for sell because "it had low miles for its year". Then he took us to the new car side and he showed me a 2016 Chevy Malibu. I thought I made myself very clear that I only liked the 2014 models. So how we managed to get through to him and we got to test drive a car that I liked. He literally handed us the keys and walked away. No simple walk through, didnt double check to make sure I knew how to at least work the windshield wipers, nothing. While driving this car the breaks made a grinding nose and the longer we drove it the louder it got. I pulling in to a parking lot to look the car over and literally in the back set was a trash bag and what looked like crumbs from someones lunch sandwich. We took the car back and I was ready to leave. My question is why have a car on the lot thats not been cleaned or ready to go. I feel like the sales guy was trying to just sell us anything he thought we would buy. It was a horrible experience and I seriously doubt Ill ever go back and obviously wont be referring anyone to this place.

Received very competitive price on an 06 dodge cummins, service wasnt the greatest, sat in a chair in lobby desk for maybe 4 hours, then right as they are ready for me to sign papers I was told there was a waiting room. 7 credit checks where ran which took a toll on my credit score dropping 37. That came to a surprise, I do understand they may want the best deal for their customers but i would least make it known - In the end as i have good credit i was able to rebuild pretty easily but this varies from person to person Truck had new rotors all way around, breaks and looks like a joint was replaced. Worst thing I found was the air filter was pretty well used and needed replaced. explained the hesitation after about a week of owning it. After 500 Miles I changed oil/oil filter so i knew what i was running, oil definitely looked like it has couple thousand miles on it, dont know if the dealership replaced oil or not. My guess is no, Fuel filter was recently changed, it looked pretty good. But i changed it anyway. Truck had a few recalls but I have a dodge deanship fixing it for me. Tie rod and air bag. Over all, nice looking truck, runs great. Sounds mean, no rust. Good competitive price and they worked with my expectations well. Overall that the main goal when buying a car! Cant complain to much - Question is, would I go back? If i found they had the better deal and are willing to work with my expectation, yes I would go back! A used car is a used car, dealership does not have control and super sonic powers to know that the rear passenger side window switch is going to go out or some heating element. But if that did happen i would hope the dealership would do what was right even though that fancy paper was sighed, As is.

I have saved a lot of money over the years thanks to Coughlin. 10 years ago they changed my oil. I didnt even know how to do that. I was in high school. My car started overheating. I paid them $600 twice to change the coolant. They charged me for replacing a sensor that wasnt touched. None of that fixed the coolant leak. I go back there to ask why my oil is now overfilled. They tell me it will actually cost $3000 to fix my car. So, they stuck me with a car sales person trying to get $9000 out of me to buy a car from them as a trade?! They wouldnt tell me what was wrong with my car. After repeatedly asking, they finally let me have my car back the next day. They did nothing to the car and yet I paid them $75 for "labor". I was stupid for putting up with this, and I feel they were taking advantage of me. I borrowed a repair manual from a neighbor and replaced the intake manifold for less than $100 over a weekend. That was my first car job! I have replaced the manifold a couple times over the years now. I learned this is a common problem with GM cars, but this GM dealer seems clueless about that. They have motivated me to do a lot of work myself, seeing how they operate. Its far cheaper, less time consuming, and less painful to just fix most things myself. I make sure its done right. I work on cars and even flip houses now. After leaving Coughlin, my 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue is still going 10 years later! Thank you Coughlin for that motivation!
