The people in this place deserve 10 stars, the customer service is amazing at Larry Hopkins Honda in Sunnyvale. I wanted to buy/lease a car for my wife after being with Nissan and Subaru for many years, then one friend of mine gave me the business card of sales representative Mohamed Iqbal. so I said I would give him a call and see what they have to offer. My mind was set on asking only about the Honda cars since I never had a Honda before, but after calling Mohamed on the phone, it all changed. Mohamed was very friendly and very patient, I had more questions that he answered very quickly and easily. He suggested to visit him that he can show me all the options they have within my budget. He made an appointment for me at the end of the week but I was too busy so I rescheduled my appointment for the next weekday. I went to the place and Mohamed were very firendly and helpful. He showed me everything about multiple cars and I was sold on the spot. My wife was really interested in the new 2016 Honda CRV EXL since it was highly recommended. We needed a specific color (Metallic silver) with a specific features. What i liked the most was that Mohamed followed up with more options for me that could work which I would have never even thought about. The car my wife selected they dont have on that location, then Mohamed did his best to find one in another Honda dealer in Santa Cruz. After negotiating the price and the packages available afterwards he brought me to the business managers office to get everything settled where I was introduced to Rick. He was very personable and wanted to get to know a little about me before even talking about the car, which made me like this location even more. Rick the general manager has great character and hes a really nice and sincere guy. They were very patient with me to answer all my questions about the pricing the finance..etc. The manager wanted to make sure this transaction went smooth. I couldnt believe what Mohamed did, to make sure I receive my car the same day, he drove the same day to San Cruz almost 3 hours to bring the car to Sunnyvale. We had the car ready the next morning cleaned and prepared for me to test-drive it. My wife loved it and now she is enjoying it. At the end of everything, I didnt feel like I bought a car from a typical sales person, I felt like I got a new car from friends. It was very good experience for me and my wife. Mohamed and the computer Technician Tahir was very hospitable, offered me coffee and also came back with water when I didnt even ask. The computer Technician Taher gave me his phone charge when my phone battery went off, He also gave me a ride to my home when my wife left and I was waiting for the car. He was very good guy too. Im so glad I went with my friend recommendation for this place because I felt that trust and respect from every person that had a part in helping me with my wifes new car. I would definitely recommend other people to go to them and will definitely go back to them in the future.

WORST service EVER! Ive been to this place once (today), and I will never ever go back there again. I wish I could give ZERO STARS! I had an appointment in the morning for a regular service. So I brought my car, talked to the service assistant about details and fees. By the time I was ready to leave(9:45 AM), I was told that the shuttle would be there in 10 mins. There were 15-20 ppl waiting for the shuttle. At 10:00 AM, I asked again, a female employee at cashier booth told me that it would be here in 5 mins. When I asked how they manage it since they didnt even asked where I needed to go. She replied they had 2 shuttles; one was going to North and second to South, which made no sense. Around 10:20 AM, I asked them once more when the shuttle was coming. This time they said it would be here in a min. At 10:35, the shuttle still wasnt there so I called my coworker to pick me I waited for the shuttle for literarily 50 mins. I work for one of the tech companies in Sunnyvale, and like everybody, my time is highly valuable. I had meetings to attend and jobs to deliver. I had to postpone everything and put myself in a very bad situation for some irresponsible people and lack of service. When they called to tell me my car was ready, I asked them if they could send the shuttle to pick me up. The guy on the phone had no idea what I was talking. He couldnt say yes or no. So I said "You know what I can figure it out how to get there". Dont want to waste another 50+ mins! When I was there to pay for the bill, the cashier was not nice at all. Without even saying "Hi" or anything, she asked what my last name was. All conversation was "sign here, sign there, and your car will be ready outside". She had some attitude problem. If you are not happy with your job, then do everybody a favor and quit! When I went outside to pick up my car, I had another terrible experience: my car wasnt even washed! What kind of dealership/"official" Honda service delivers cars without washing after the service?! Additionally, it seems they didnt even align the tires and steering wheel. If I hold the steering wheel straight, my car goes to left. The service assistants (Richard) and the guy who brought my car were nice people, BUT the shuttle service and the people in that cashier area (except one lady) gave me a horrible customer service. Overall, I had my worse car service experience at Larry Hopkins Honda, which also caused me a lot of stress at work. My next visit will be to Honda of Serramonte no matter how far it is, and Id strongly recommend that place to any Honda owners.

I was shopping for a suitable, safe, and mileage efficient auto for my new driver daughter. Did some online research (safety and reliability in particular) and came up with a list of likely suitable used and new vehicles: then went to look at them and test drive. Went to several dealers. Was terribly impressed with Mina Fam, in sales, at Larry Hopkins Honda. Polite, knowledgeable, jovial, and very understanding. He used to be a mechanic himself. Mina spent a long time with me going over features, demonstrating various things, and answering questions. He then accompanied me to test drive the model of interest. He made me feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble for him. On second visit, this time with my wife and daughter, Mina went over the feature set again, answered questions from us all and then allowed my daughter to test drive the vehicle. Mina kept in constant contact over the 5 or 6 days answering my questions on the phone and via Texts. I was very impressed when he pointed out a couple of benefits that the Honda had over another make that I had in mind. Originally I was going to buy a 2014 new (end of model year) but my wife and daughter wanted a couple of features that were not on any of the vehicles in their 2014 inventory. Mina with his General Sales Manager worked with me on price and I ended up buying a 2015 Civic equipped exactly as my wife and daughter wished (this clinched the deal and I have to say Mina went out of his way to meet our requests). After the purchase I mentioned that we wanted to buy some wet weather floor mats and Mina escorted us to Parts department himself and got us a break there too. The actual transaction of purchasing the car was also smooth, painless, clear, and well organized. The parts department were also polite, helpful, efficient and the parts arrived on the day they said they would. Given my experience I would not hesitate recommending Mina Fam at Larry Hopkins Honda. As the car is still brand new I havent had interaction with their service department so I am unable, at this time, to comment upon quality of work and the experience I have had with that department and its function.
