We drove up to apply for a truck there. We were promised to be kept in the loop on what was going on. When we were not approved due to no credit history as we are a young couple, they did not have enough respect to communicate that to us. When I called several days later to discuss what what going on and why we were not contacted I was told that because we did not have the desired credit they were chosing not to do business with us. We were approved elsewhere and let that vehicle pass because we prefered the vhehicle on Elites lot and were waiting for a response. When talking to the owner he was very disrespectful, hostile & angry. And did not seem to care that he had broken his word to us. If you have AMAZING credit I am sure they would be sweet as pie to you, but if you are a first time buyer like us DO NOT go here as they will not show you any respect.

I bought 2004 Mazda Tribute, at first thought they had done me wrong and gave me a car with blown head gasket, but mistakes do happen so I had two different shops test and said was just antifreeze mixed together witch you dont do that car takes certain kind, any had coolant flush done, drove to Reno in 90 weather and the car works great. They were honest with and very helpful so thanks guys. I would recommend this DEALERSHIP. You need a car at a fair price go there.

Elite Auto Source is not "Elite" at all. Too many of my friends have complained about how they dont keep or honor their promises/deals. One of my friends said they screwed-over their grandmother. Wow! They even rip-off old ladies!?! Dont ever buy anything from these clowns. Seems like theyll smile in your face, take your money, then leave you out cold.

Quick to process paperwork. Did work with me on the price; however, dont expect these cars to have ANY kind of work done to them. I had to spend over $250 to have an oil change, tranny flush and differential serviced. I understand its a used car...but an oil change and tank of gas would of been nice...They gave it to me on empty!

I called to get some information and the guy I talked to was very rude , was talking to me like I was an inconvenience and was def not trying to get me to come in and buy a car ! I dont recommend this place at all
