Do not get a vehicle from here. I came here because one guy that use to work here is a friend of my family. They seemed so cool like they cared about my needs but then I almost felt pressured into buying a car. I did find one "I thought" I really liked 2005 Acura TL. First thing I noticed was the tire was flat. They pumped it up and I noticed there was a bubble in the tire which they actually paid to fix. At that time, the tire shop told me I will need new rims soon too. The tire went flat because the one rim was bent. Im still using a temporary fix as I cannot afford new rims. Anyhow, I get in to test drive the car, it was dead they charged the battery it started, yaay.. They were supposed to give me a free battery and detailing (they wrote it on their paper work. I kept going back trying to have the promise fullfilled and was told theyd call me to bring it in and they never called. Upon purchasing, my interest rate was very high due to horrible credit. They made the car sound like a price you might want to pay disregarding the total cost after all fees are put into subject. Mine amounted to $26,068. I didnt notice until Id already started signing papers. Still I signed after being there for hours and the lady explaining that its from the interest rate. So everything is said and done, a couple days later the check engine light comes on I bring the car back and Rob made some unbelievable excuse why it was on which I wasnt going for so i leave still questioning it and get a computer hooked up to it from Auto Zone. I then brought the code back to Autos Only and they finally had a service man look into it. The guy said there is fluid on the transmission or something like that from me or someone who had serviced it and recommended I do not use the manual function of the car. Little did he know I hadnt had the car for even 2 weeks yet nor was it time to have anything maintenanced on it because I just bought it and holy they are the ones who prepared it to be sold. Well I brought the car back a couple months ago, because the car was in drive trying to go in reverse and it scared the hell out of me. I recapture the moments from when I first bought the car and ROB doesnt remember me, anything, or incidences that occurred with the car and says, "Well your bringing the car back almost a year later." (9 months) Like seriously I was back all of the time in the beginning waiting on your calls to bring the car in I do have a job and cant miss work all the time to bring it in and be told they they are busy, the shop is full, and we will call you. So demanding to talk to the new big boss I tell him about the broken promises and tell him about the car going in reverse and he himself states that its dangerous and says we should try getting me into a different car asking if I had money to put down on a different car. Then he had me sit with someone else who checks my credit which is still poor but better then when I first got the car and basically says we cant do it. I said really I just want the car fixed so that its safe. So the guy gives me his card and says that they will call me. Well NOW ive had the car almost a year, once again Autos Only (even under newer management) hasnt called me to make everything right. Check engine light still on, promises still not made, and I came to the conclusion that they care about their sales and commision the day of more so than lasting loyalty that would potentially create returning customers as well as references to new customers. Unfortunately, I cannot promote this business and its sad that they make people feel this way.

We bought a 2002 Cadillac Escalade from Johnny. Johnny was great! However, on my "due bill" I had tires promised to me in writing since the tires on the vehicle were bald. I was told that they were waiting for another Escalade to come in with better tires to switch mine out with. I called often asking about my tires. Finally, a month and a half later Johnny tells me that they are just going to buy me new tires since Ive been waiting for so long and to come in on Tuesday (today) which is also the day my paper plates expired. He wasnt working so the finance guy, the same one who had done our loan, his first loan for Autos Only, tells me that this is the first hes heard of this. After charging me $1.25 for the remainder of the title/registration fees (really?! $1.25) he goes looking for any information about my tires. After speaking with a unknown amount of people, he comes back and decides that he needs to let me know that I wasnt going to get expensive tires and that they were only going to give me basic tires but did it and looked at me in a way that made me seem like a lowlife that was trying to scam him and the dealership out of money. After talking down (literally down since I was sitting and he was standing over me) about how him and the service manager were mad because it was a month and a half later (like it was MY fault) that I could go to Discount Tires down the road. I walked out and started to put my kids in the car, when the finance guy walks out towards me with the sales manager who now wants an explanation of the situation. I told them, I bought the car under the promise of better tires. I didnt ask for new, I was offered new since it had been so long since the sale of the car. The finance guy was really trying to get out of it at that point, asking if they had written in my paperwork anywhere and telling me the tires looked fine. After telling him that they had, in fact, written it in my paperwork he slightly backed off and told me that they werent trying to gang up on me. After the sales manager had gotten off of the phone he told me to go to Discount Tire and see someone specific and after all of that hassle I finally got my tires. The sales manager was fine. Johnny, my original salesman was fine. Once the finance guy, the one who made his first dollar there off of the sale of my car, started talking to me like I was scum who was trying to get them to pay for everything, I decided I needed to write this review so other people dont have to deal with this treatment. Maybe it was because Im woman and Asian and he thought I didnt understand but I cannot figure out why he would talk to me like that, like I was so lowly. The only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is because Johnny was a great salesman and they did, eventually after insulting and offending me, make good on their "due bill".

We flew from Hong Kong into SeaTac at 9 a.m. and needed to buy a car before picking our son up at Seattle Pacific University in the afternoon. After a quick breakfast, we hit up nearby dealerships to look for the perfect car. I had spent several weeks ahead of time looking for a good car at a great price, and honestly wasnt too hopeful that wed find something that would make me excited. I was prepared to be mildly satisfied but still somewhat disappointed. Used car buying in a short window doesnt generally promise to be a stupendous experience. Anyway, we tried several dealers in the Burien area and drove several mini-vans and wagons that were about what we expected. Not horrible, but not anything I really wanted to pay money for unless I had to. When I wandered into Autos Only, Rob met me in the lot and was friendly and helpful. There was a Volvo XC70 on the lot I really liked, but it was priced higher than I wanted to pay. Nevertheless, it was the perfect car and I was willing to at least give it a look. My wife was at another dealership trying to work her magic, and I told Rob and the manager, Steve Briggs, that if they wanted to sell me a car, they would need to win over my wife. Eventually she showed up and I suggested that she drive the Volvo around the block. Steve remembered my wifes name (its not easy for most people) and Rob went around the block and on the freeway with my wife and son in the car. When my wife came back, she whispered to me, "Buy that car. No matter what. Buy that car." So now the trick was to get the car at the price we wanted. Steve patiently went through the cars paperwork so that we were assured that it would be reliable and had an excellent service history. The price negotiation process was actually quite fun. Steve did a great job of being honest and pleasant and meeting us at the price my wife and I had agreed upon together before we started the negotiations. Im sure they made some money on the deal: they wouldnt have sold the car to us without making some money, right? But a day later, I feel really good about the quality of the car and the price I paid for it. If I have to fly into town and buy a good used car in a short time from a dealer I trust, I would be quite likely to stop here again as a great place to buy.
