In August I just bought my second car from Enterprise. Man is this an outstanding company. Our first car was a 2007 Buick Lacross which we purchased with $2k down and about 30,000 miles. We had already perused the used car/new car dealers in Renton and Kent and knew about what we wanted and what we were going to have to spend. Enterprise was a better deal than we heard from all of them. Their price was better, their trade in value was better and their interest rate was better. Some people are not going to understand how valuable this next comment is but for those who know cars.....that car ALWAYS carried more trade in value that the balance we had on the loan. When it accidentally got totaled in June 15 the insurance paid out $1000 MORE than I had calculated we should have. SO....when it came to replacing that car, I again did some looking around but that quiet voice said check out Enterprise. I wasnt sure I wanted to buy a newer car again because we have done so well with older used cars, since my husband is a professional mechanic, but I wandered down their with a 2000 Olds 7 pass van $800 to trade-in I had picked up from a friend who needed to unload the van. I walked away with a 2014 Town and Country Crysler 7-Pass dark maroon, 30,000mi and payments a couple dollars under what we had been paying on the Buick (that was financed in 09). They gave me $2300 trade in to make the deal work and I used $2k cash down. I have a great interest rate ----- I just cant say enough. Wait, there is more. I was a little concerned about poor traction in the rain and came back to talk with Chris about tires. As we investigated what would be best and just how acceptable the set of rear tires were, he had me go to their tire guy and they decided to put me in a new pair to replace the almost marginal rear tires at their cost. I got to research the ratings and customer reviews and found the tire in the right price range. These guys bend over backwards to honor their incredible reputation. Thanks Chris and Katie for all you do.

We had considered purchasing a car from Enterprise before. That was over a year ago. At the time we had even talked quite a while with one of their sales persons and had gotten all of our questions answered. But in the end we decided to hold on to the car we had. So when our car totall broke down this past December we had all ready done a lot of research. We spent a couple hours re-reviewing Enterprise and other options, but at the end we still felt that for what we wanted Enterprise was the best option. We made an appointment to discuss purchasing a car from them. When we got there we were warmly greeted and they were ready for us, well almost. I think the one thing they were not ready for was that we had all ready done many hours of research (counting that which we did a number of years ago, and the more recent) and were more or less ready to buy. For the first few minutes of our meeting they were working on selling us on Enterprise, but we had already settled on going through Enterprise. But we got past that in a few more minutes and we off for our test drive. The night before when we made the appointment we made it clear that we were hoping to find the right car and get done with it all quickly. We had already looked over what they had in stock online, so when we got to their office we knew exactly what we wanted to see. Our preferred choice was still available. We took it for a test drive and were leaving with our new car in less then two hours. I have never had such a good experience. They only had a couple extras they tried to sell us, not the onslaught that you usually get, so even that part was only a few minutes. Driving home with a nearly brand new car at about a third off without having to spend days hunting around was great.

The reason why I took so long to respond, I wanted to make sure what I purchased was going to work out and to see if Chris and Jim were exactly what they said they were....Customer Service and stand behind everything. My over all experience with Chris & Jim was great, did I get the vehicle I really wanted "No", they asked me if I needed to have a 7 passenger van, I said no, however I haul my garbage to the dump and I need room for that, so Chris asked me to say what I would like to have, told him, but because of my situation, still had balance on loan from my 1998 Carvan, at a seasonal job, no down payment, this is what they possible could put me in 2014 Kia Soul, I was about ready to walk, then Chris said to me, Jim was doing everything he could to get the best trade in for me regarding van, I did a lot of praying sitting there with a friend who came with for support, told them how much I could only afford, Jim came back and said this is who will take me and how much we can finance, truthfully I ended up spending about a little bit more than I wanted, however I knew they did everything they could to help me out. I walked out with 2014 Kia Soul payments @ 307.49 which I was going for 300.00 max., that includes gap/extended warranty, I did experience a few minor difficulties, when I called Chris he was right on it, I ended up taking car for second opinion to where they have them looked at, they were great, found it was a chap stick making noise from spare tire. Chris said they would be there for me if anything else comes up. I would highly recommend them to anyone, which I have already.

The pick up was rather long due to debit card reservation. I thought I was getting an economy car , I was upgraded to much larger vehicle than the Nissan Versa to a Chrysler 200 which is not a comfortable vehicle for my body frame. The car was 1/4 full. Shorty on into the drive I started sneezing something in the car triggered my allergy. I later found out it was mold on the rear drivers side on the floor, there was standing water on the floor panel that soaked my walking shoes and the pair of socks I had inserted in the shoe- my shoes are mesh material like. I literally placed my hand on the carpet and seen the standing water on the carpet. The windshield wipers was scraping the window, poor visualbility through the rain, and snow showers coming through the mountain. I tried locking the car using the key fob but it didnt work at time. I had to lock the car using the door lock, which wasnt bad but I had to remember if I didnt hear the chirp the car wasnt locked. The speed odometer was all over the place, and at times the car would accererate on its on, on several occasions I had to slam on my brakes to avoid running into the cars a head of me. The gas gauge was wishy washy- upon gasing up it took several minutes before it read on the dash showing the gas reading. Upon returning the car I shared all of these concerns with the man at the counter, he appeared a little unconcerned as he started to whisper to me as other customers where present. The gentleman deduct $15.00 from my reservation, and said next time we will upgrade your vehicle. Lol.
