I recently bought a Volvo V70 from Robert at Paramount, and it was a good transaction. I called on the phone and he was willing to hold it for me until I got there about three hours later. The car wasnt perfect - and you shouldnt expect a 5 to 10-year-old car to BE perfect - but Robert gave me plenty of time to test everything out, drive it around, and make sure everything important worked. He stayed well past closing time to help us fill out the paperwork and get the deal done. The inventory is mostly luxury cars - Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, Audi, Saab, Volvo etc - that are typically a few years old and off-lease or trade-in. For the people complaining about one thing or another not working on their car, remember that (a) you are looking at a *used* car (b) the dealer doesnt have time to test every single feature on every single car and (c) you can always take the time to test the car yourself or arrange an inspection with a third party. Overall, very satisfied, would shop here again.

This is a nice place and they sell pretty nice clean cars. However purchase vehicles from this place with caution. Make sure you test EVERYTHING out before you buy. We bought a jaguar with 25k miles on it. Clean car and we got an okay deal... It wasnt quite a steal but we didnt have time to shop around. The car checked out to be clean however on our way home we noticed the cd player didnt work. I called them back the next day and they basically told me there was nothing they could do about it. They said take it to a shop and get fixed. When you give them 18k cash for a car... im sure you expect a working cd player!!! Specially when you paid about retail price for it. I ended up buying a new one on ebay for $80 and swapped it out. Very easy swap, however I lucked out. Make sure you test and inspect every inch of the car before leaving their lot!!!

Pretty limited yet attractive selection of cars here. Some are priced attractively and somewhat surprisingly low, but the reasons for that are hidden by the dealership pretty well. For example, much like one of the previous reviews, there were little things that didnt work but were not mentioned at the time of purchase. CD player not working, parking break sticking, DC outlets dont work, transmission fluid was black. Then a couple other things that we were able to catch before purchase but did not influence the selling price of the SUV. Mechanically the SUV was sound, so no MAJOR problems that made us regret the purchase, but many of the typical problems you run into with a used car dealership.

What I loved most about this place was how low pressure it was, how fairly the cars were priced, and the helpful nature of the folks who worked there. Peter greeted me and allowed me to browse the lot without hovering which was great. I really liked that you can pull up the carfax reports from the website...most of what I saw were low mileage, one owner lease returns. I was interested in a Subaru that ended up being way in the back of the lot but four cars were moved just so I could take it for a spin. I loved it!! We agreed on price and the paperwork took what only felt like 30 minutes and had no surprises. Could not recommend these guys more!

I found the customer service to be just the level I want/need. They let me test drive alone, take as much time as I needed. No pressure and answered all my questions honestly and well informed. I researched a lot and everything they told me was in line with what I had already learned. I still have some to learn about my EV RAV4, but they made me feel reassured about getting service in the area and helping me with the dealership for a recall repair. I recommend them!

I bought my 06 M35 4 years ago with 54,000 miles on it. It now has 145,000 on it. Its ran well the whole time. My expenses for the vehicle include oil changes, one radiator flush, one transmission flush, one belt broke and break pads. I think thats really good for over 90,000 miles. The service when I bought the car was smooth and I left pleased. Im leaving this review now I am looking for a new car and was reviewing their inventory.

I have to say, I have meet a number of Car deals over the years but these guys were Friendly and Honest. When I arrived to test drive a Mercedes Benz c300 I was handed the keys of the car and told see you later. The car was valued at over $25k and drove very well. Im sure its true that we should all inspect the cars in detail before we buy them? Right.. but like the people selling the cars we miss some things sometimes. Thank you,

every time i go there to look, i get the same old story. "4 or 5 people just called me on this, better buy it now or it will be gone in a few hours" even though its been on the lot for three weeks. Whats wrong with it? Nothing? What about this? oh right, and this, i forgot,. Its my own personal car and I have only driven it to church on Sundays. Puh-leeze! Give me a break.

Beware of this car dealership. Purchased a vehicle from Peter and less than 2 weeks the engine is failing along with many other major issues with the water pump and belts. Called and emailed Peter about it and his response was he was busy with other clients and it is my problem. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!
