Megan and I had done some research (mostly Megan—okay entirely her), so we decided to check out Adlers Jewelers, and immediately I was blown away with Andy and his knowledge of product and genuineness. As a guy, I was initially expecting several trips to various jewelry shops and—while I was growing more excited to soon be proposing to my then girlfriend—I couldnt shake thoughts concerning my overall budget and how Id pull the whole proposal off and where, etc. I wanted it to be perfect. Andy from Adlers Jewelers made it perfect; the entire staff there was amazing. As soon as we sat down, my fears of pulling everything off melted away, and I realized I had an owner of a jewelry store (and certified gemologist) who cared about me and Megans experience—so much so that he chose to stay for an hour longer than the store was open just to speak with us. But an apparent setback came when I was in a car accident and broke my wrist a few weeks after meeting with him, a financial setback for sure. Out of that event I actually chose to move UP my proposal plans with a smaller budget but I needed Andys help to pull it off; he bent over backwards for me. Andy somehow, some way, assembled an even MORE beautiful ring than the one I had previously chosen on a larger budget (all the more precisely as Megan had wanted it!), then he expedited its custom assembly to have it made in only TWO weeks versus the typical six. He took extra precautions to safely ship it to me (because I couldnt drive to Jersey from PA at the time with my broken wrist and totaled car) and had it overnighted—arriving several days before I would propose on Christmas Day at the Omni Bedford Springs. This was an INCREDIBLE experience, and without Andy and Adlers Jewelers, it wouldnt have been what it was. Thank you all so much!!!

When it came time to purchase an engagement ring, I was so nervous and had no idea what I was doing. So of course, I turned to Google Maps to help me find a reputable jeweler that would make me feel comfortable, guide me through the process, and where I wouldnt feel taken advantage of. I quickly found Adlers and decided to give them a chance. Adlers not only met, but exceeded my expectations throughout the process. I reached out via email and set an appointment with one of the owners, Andy, couldnt have been more helpful and informative in the process. My initial visit took about 90 minutes and he helped me select an amazing ring that my fiancee absolutely loved. After I finally proposed, we quickly discovered that the ring was too large for her. So we returned to get it resized, and two days later Andy had it looking amazing for us. He even gave my fiancee a wonderful "goody bag" to help her plan the wedding and keep her ring looking as bright as the day she received it. Finally, we know we will return in a few months to purchase our wedding rings. Overall, I couldnt have had a better experience throughout the process. They really value customer service while selling quality products. Thank you Adlers!

Went to this jeweler to see some setting ideas for my wife and her replacement ring. Never in a million years did i imagine i would purchase from this jeweler. They are located in an affluent area and have multiple billboards in the area. I only imagined extremely high prices and uppity service. I was completely wrong on both regards. They were able to get me a diamond far surpassing my requested specs at my price point. I tried to find something wrong with the transaction in multiple regards and just couldnt. The selection, the service, the pricing, all better than i could have imagined. My wife is extremely happy with the end product. I dealt primarily with Irene and Andy and would do so again without hesitation. Oddly, I do have a few people in the jewelery business ive used before in NYC with good results as well, trusted friends who have given me bettter than average deals. However, the convenience of Adlers location to me and the selection to make shopping easier was priceless when making multiple trips to the jeweler with my wife. Couple that with very good pricing made it all a no brainer. Check them out like i did, i have a feeling youll get the same experience.

I was searching for a diamond engagement/anniversary band (on a shoestring budget) for my parents 40th wedding anniversary for MONTHS! When I visited Adlers, I was met with a supportive, genuinely friendly and attentive staff who truly made it their mission to help me find an absolutely STUNNING ring for my mother. I am not exaggerating when I say that I left with a diamond ring that was worth far more than I paid for it... and with only the request to "pay that kindness forward to someone else out there in the world." Needless to say, I left with tears in my eyes and a beautiful ring in my pocket. My family and I will ONLY purchase our jewelry at Adlers. I recommend them to ANYONE who is looking for an exceptional customer service experience and reasonable prices for highest-quality jewelry. My experience at Adlers was, without a doubt, the single most positive retail experience I have EVER encountered!!! Run...dont walk...to Adlers!!!

Ive lived in Westfield for 18 years now and shortly after I moved into town I discovered Adlers. They are a terrific jewelry store, with an excellent selection of high quality jewelry for a variety of tastes and price ranges, and with competitive pricing. But the thing that truly stands out is the customer service. Adlers truly is a family business, where one or both of the owners is always in the store, and where Ive always gotten great advice and great treatment by the owners and the staff. Ive always had a terrific experience buying jewelry or having things like repairs and replacements done, and theyve gone above and beyond on many occasions. They really view their business as one where they look to build longer term relationships, and thats definitely won my loyalty. They have my highest possible recommendation.

I worked with Christine while picking out an engagement ring. From the very start Christine was so helpful offering tips on the best time of year to buy diamonds and was always willing to assist in finding ways to make the most of my budget. She was extremely responsive when responding to email to set up appointments and was quick to get several options into the store to look at. From start to finish Christine was a pleasure to work with and I will certainly turn to Adlers and Christine for my future jewelry needs and would recommend them to friends and family. Over two years ago I traveled from New York City to shop the Sylvie collection at Adlers. My wife and I keep coming back to Adlers because they are the best. Because of the professionalism and customer service I not only bought my wifes engagement ring at Adlers, I also had a custom wedding band made for her and she purchased a Movado watch for me as a wedding gift. The staff and friendly and accommodating, their jeweler is a skilled craftsman and Jeff took all the stress out of buying an engagement ring. I highly recommend Adlers, five stars is not enough!
