My friend bought cookies from here and it was a very disappointing experience. She ordered the cookies well in advance to be delivered to her house and the cookies were 2 hours late. So she decided to go get the cookies herself. She gets a call from the delivery driver after she had picked up the cookies saying that they were already outside. When she got the cookies from the store and brought them over, we all agreed that the cookies werent anything special. They were good cookies, but not much better than you could have bought anywhere else. Granted it may be cause of the experience it took getting the cookies, but until I decide to give them another try, this places is just going to be OK at best. Hopefully that changes.

An hour after ordering, the cookie tracker said "delivered". I called costumer service because the cookies werent delivered. While on the phone, the delivery person called me asking where my hall was on campus (you would think they have a campus map or SOMETHING). Finally got the cookies and one or them is missing. Almost every time I order cookies from here, they call to ask where my hall is and pretty much every time I order it takes more than an hour to get here. It is extremely disappointing to have this happen as they make very good cookies. Update: I reached out to them and they refunded the one missing cookie and got me three free cookies.

I love the idea, and service was prompt. Value is good for what you get. The product wasnt thoroughly cooked, however. Fell apart when I tried to pick it up, it was just cookie dough in the center. I would have liked them to put a few more minutes into properly cooking them. The gf smiled though, and thats worth a lot. Im sure theyll iron out their early issues as their business grows.

Warm delicious cookies in store and delivered. During the day the store is quite empty so its the best time to go, because once the night hits the line can go out the door causing you a longer wait than you expected. The cookies can be a bit on the expensive side but if you watch for the deals online you can get them at a decent price.

Overall, really great. If you order later in the night theyre really busy and it can take quite a while to get them. The second time I ordered was mid afternoon and they showed up in about 15 minutes. Timing aside, cookies are tasty and warm.

These cookies are amazing! I visited during the day on a weekday so it wasnt too crowded or busy. Service was friendly and prompt. I love Insomnia Cookies! Try the red velvet. The double chocolate chunk is my all time fave though!

The environment is not inviting. They are not a sit-and-enjoy-your-cookie kind of place. Also the cookies are very expensive. They are delicious, however I would not recommend because of the prices.

Cookies full of naughty delicious sugar! Small shop with quick service. They also sell scoop out ice cream and milk. Some seating area, mostly a grab and go place.

Wont get my business. Employees dont like their local police service men, and a manager promotes pot on their Facebook page. Hope this place has to close down
