Not happy at this location. Prices better than Cold Stone, but the staff lacked any enthusiasm and seemed lazy. Instead of cleaning tables or the 2in of ice that formed over their cold "slab" from condensation all day, 2 workers were just playing on their phones. Half the ice cream selection was empty. "Free unlimited mix ins" seems a scam, because if you just want one item, like peanut butter cup, they use one micro sized cup for giant bowl. They seemed annoyed when I asked for other mix ins and put like a quarter teaspoon in it. Ice Cream is just average.

The Indian guy in the store has no manners whats so ever. I told him can I get a kids cup he going to tell me its for 12 and under like how you know if iwas going to get it for my lil brother or something and literally stood there and argued with us....long story short this guys a dick!.... Wouldnt recommend

Went there at 8:15 pm on a monday night. The line was 7 or 8 people deep and more were coming in while we were waiting in line. The kid working had a great attitude and was an efficient worker but we left after waiting about 15 minutes Never saw any other workers or a manager while we were there

Marble slab is a great replacement for cold stone creamery. It tastes much better has more selection. Weve been several times and have never had a problem with the service. Its my preferred ice cream stop when indulging instead of having fat free yogurt.

Great ice cream, not so great wait times. This location always seems to only have one person working which leads to a pretty long wait and lack of clean tables.
