Honestly, the place is as clean as it can manage. Lines are always crazy busy & theres kids running all over the place. Theres no control the workers can have over who walks into their stores. When lines are out the door, they cant sweep the floors because no one moves for them. Ive asked them why they took the sample cups away & made you ask for them. The answers was quite reasonable the customers LOVE to leave them in the yogurt machines and it looks filthy, they leave them at the topping area. Its been in their mouths obviously not sanitary but its not like the workers can yell "HEY THROW THAT AWAY" no..they just have to wait for a chance to clean off the machines and throw them away. Yeah, its disgusting how people use their fingers, but its not like they have control. Its obviously your duty to say "hey they have sample cups" Ive seen many of the workers getting yelled at & its not in their control. The place is great, but the people that enter might be the issue.

We go here around once a month, the yogurt flavors are really good and the toppings also good and fresh, the times we had gone the service is nice no complaints there, restrooms are clean, tables and counters also clean, sometimes is crowded but we never stay there, always take the yogurt home, i have their points card in my phone so i can receive free ounces once a month and coupons, overall a nice place :) deducting 1 star because as other people was saying they start cleaning the place about half an hour before closing and one time they didnt have the flavor i wanted because i was there..late...bummer

Very dissappointing to pull up 20 minutes from closing time and find the employees cleaning, and it didnt look like they had just started either. Lights dimmed, not inviting at all for potential customers. Ive been here before earlier in the day and never had a problem with the service, but this was aggravating enough that I felt the need to say something.

Im so happy they opened Yogurtland thats literally 5 minutes away from my house! My favorite is their cheesecake. One of the best yogurt places Ive been to. The service is always nice & the place is super clean. And they have a variety of different flavors which is an absolute plus.

Seriously? Throw everyone out at 3 minutes after 10? After the fireworks show packs the place out? Really poor customer service decision at what is otherwise a delightful establishment. Train your staff to value the people that just paid their wages.

Best experience ever!! but hate how most people dont understand or respect closing times. If the yogurt place closes at 10pm THEY CLOSE AT 10pm not 10:02 not 10:03 but 10pm!!!!

They keep the inside of the store frickin freezing. Just because its a frozen yogurt store, doesnt mean you need to keep the temperatures at an uncomfortable level.

Great frozen yogurt! Lots to select from and the flavours and always changed out. The staff are always friend too, in a great location.
