As I first stepped foot into coldstone creamery, I knew I was in a special place. The air, the workers, even the sweet scent of ice cream filling up my wide nostrils. Additionally, as I was waiting in line I noticed there was a big teddy bear to my right sitting on a chair. I looked into its eyes and he looked into mine and I knew that he had already engraved an extremely important place in my heart. Am I crazy? Perhaps. Am I in love? Yes. Cold stones ice cream makes my stomach feel so warm and fuzzy, as though I am downing an entire jar of mommys hot syrup straight from the tin jar. As I went through the line at coldstone I made direct eye contact with each and every worker as I placed my order, and call me crazy, but I noticed that their pupils were shaped like little ice cream cones. I went to check out and was greeted by the most kind, loving girl I have ever met in my life. And I can confidetly say that she deserves a huge raise. I received my change back and threw by quarters in the jar, as I heard them clink to the bottom of the glass the cashier yelled "TIP TIP!" As her other piers responded with "HOORAY!". What a great end to my night. Highly recommend this place. It is my sanctuary and home.

Well, the plain cheesecake ice cream is ok. However, I didnt order PLAIN cheesecake ice cream. Seriously, you call that mixing? Ive had McFlurries with more toppings mixed in than what I received. I even added a topping to the Pie Who Loved Me creation, and I think Ive found one single tiny piece in the bowl. Its hard to tell by taste, since all I can taste is the cheesecake. My husband is the one who bought it, in one of your mix and go containers. Ill have to go buy some Oreos to add to it myself if I dont want the rest of the container to go to waste. I will not be back in the future. Why should I pay you for a service I have to do myself at home anyway? Not worth it.

Several times Ive had spoiled fruit and management is rude when brought to their attention. It happens but no need to be rude and act like it cant happen. Weve always gone back until yesterdays experience. Because usually it is good and we always took our kids there sometimes weekly. And as long as we were there we would show the staff if we had a bad apple and they would exchange it....we get it things happen. But when we called today about bad strawberries the manager was rude and wouldnt acknowledge it. We dont expect anything we just wanted you to know.

ice cream is ok, strawberrys cover in chocolate are good, and ice cream cakes great, but i hate the fact that when it gets crowded the lines takes too long, tables are always dirty, and the staff sings every 5 min (making me feel like I´m at a kids party) anyways, pricey for nothing out of the earth ice cream.

I like the concept of the place but feel it falls a bit short on the ice cream. It is good but not great and I would expect great for the cost. The toppings are bountiful though and leaving a tip invites a song which is fun.

This is the only joint that comes to mind when I think of Ice cream. Love the fudge and though it has nothing to do with them would recommend because of how friendly the staff are. Would be nice if they had more flavors.

Delicious ice creams and great service. Only have 4 stars because we stood in line for probably 15 minutes before being served. There were only maybe 4-5 people in front of us, too. But regardless, will visit again.

Place was out of multiple ice cream flavors, so instead of ordering ice cream I ordered a smoothie which they said they had no ice to make. For being an ice cream shop, this place fell 100% short to me.

Clean, good ice cream, novelties like caramel apples and chocolate, also. Usually we go to the store on Blondo and are more satisfied with "songs for tips", but that might be nit-picking.

Delicious ice-cream, as well as their Signature creations, featuring a variety of over a dozen different mix ins. Good for a quick snack, and Ive never seen the line be too long.

Watch your wallet. I bought ice cream with my kids and ended up getting charged three (3) times. $100 for some ice cream. They resolved the issue thankfully.
