BY FAR THE BEST ONE IN THE ENTIRE AREA! This place is beyond amazing! What makes it so great and especially different is the workers. They are ultra friendly and I wish I could think of the guys name that is over the top friendly he is a little "sweeter" than most men if that helps;) lol but anyway I normally always go to this location but was working in Sachse one night and decided to get one there so I could eat it on my way home I always order the same thing Regular Red Raspberry with Extra juice and creme on top. I placed my order in Sachse with not so friendly service and got it and pulled off not paying much attention a few minutes later I realized it was completely dry a light pink color which normally is a bright red and some white parts in the middle, :( I was SOOOOO disappointed and heart broken. I love these shaved ice treats! I was upset and had a thought that once I got to the 66 exit off of George Bush I would pull into the one in Rowlett and have them squirt some more juice on my dry shaved ice so I did! I figured they were all ran and owned by the same people. Well the guy in a friendly tone told me to pull up to the window and he came to the window and was extremely understanding and happy to help me and instead of taking my icey and putting juice on top he replaced the whole thing and apologized for my inconvenience! I later found out it is a franchise and has different owners but he still helped me out and my drink was PERFECT! PLENTY of juice as requested and I will NEVER go to a different location again! Lesson learned! Thank you Bahama Bucks in Rowlett for making my night a great one especially when I wasnt expecting you to do what you did! Love this location! Lesson learned:)

I love the snowcones here, but the girl at the window is just rude. She is the heavyset ginger girl . The first time i went there she had an attitude but i just ignored it,. The second time i went at around 830 (at the time i didnt know that they closed at 9), Well i guess she didnt like that i was there at thirty minutes till closing time and she was very unprofessional and a downright b#*!%. Needless to say whenever i crave something sweet, i will be going somewhere else.

Im surprised that no one has mentioned how ridiculously SLOW orders take. This place opened when I was in high school (early 2000s), and I thought it was slow in the beginning due to training staff or whatever, but it is still just as slow, if not slower, than it was back then. Being expected to wait 30 mins in the drive through line for some shaved ice is so stupid. How long does it take to shave ice and pour some syrup over it?

I wish I could rate it lower. This was my first visit, and my last. After beginning to order we received a, "Did you say something?", and any questions we asked only got a rude, "no." With a short order of only 2 drinks and having to wait minutes in between both drinks with no explanation of how long it might be, the sub-par smoothie we received wasnt enough to convince us to return.

Alot of items in the menu. First time visitors should ask staff to walk them through the options. Not only are there alot of items, items can be switched out for others. The smoothie I have consistently ordered is a mango smoothie which is great until the drink runs then I have to wait until the slushie melts so I can drink again. It gets tedious. But it tastes really good.

Im sitting in the drive threw as we speak. I have yet to even try anything, but I am a BIG CUSTOMER service person. The lady on the drive thru speaker was just incredibly rude. Because of this, she already ruined the product for me. After I leave I will not be coming back.

my cousin introduced me to this place and it has truly topped my alltime child-favorite snowcone place from garland texas. TC shaved ice, you now have a worldwide competition!!!!!! They even sell snowballs to throw during the winter seasons!

The people that work here are amazing. Just made my day. I mentioned a military discount and one of the employees and manager insisted they buy my snow cone. Probably wont be this lucky very often. But how thoughtful. Thank yall so much

Love this place! Never had something I didnt like. Shaved ice, smoothies, or their fresh squeezed lemonade - its all delicious! Friendly and helpful staff! Its my go-to for a treat!

It was okay...staff was friendly enough. The prices were higher than I thought they should be and the product doesnt compare to TC Shaved Ice - in my opinion - but still acceptable.

Great tasting drinks. Many different flavors and mixes available. They offer coffee drinks. They sell snow balls too!
