Normally LOVE this gelato, but this past visit was disappointing. The two girls behind the counter werent very pleasant and said they were out of the flavor I wanted (then put it out the second I payed for what I got). THEN to top it off some folks came in with a puppy. The workers went out to pet the dog and then went back to scoop the ice cream without washing hands. Yuck!

I like the gelato drink here thats carbonated. Arrived at 1:24 pm and saw a sign stating that they will open today at 3:30 pm. I came back at 3:20 pm and waited 30 minutes for the store to open back up but there is still no one in sight. Since Ive been waiting here, I have counted 20 potential customers leave. Management, please make sure that your workers arrive on time.

The rudest staff I have ever come into contact with. Absolutely NO help and acted extremely put out to even answer a costomers simple question. My daughter ordered and the bratty girl working laughed at her for not knowing the correct pronunciation; such a disgrace. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SERVICE.

The worest.there was a guy behind counter who completely ignored us pretending to work washing a towel.We had to call him for for his attention.we were the only customers.may be it is because what we look or him just being lazy.we went next door and had excellent service.doesnot deserve even one star

Nice place on the McKinney square. Great place for dessert after eating elsewhere on the square. Friendly staff and plenty of options for gelato. Recommend.

They advertise a sugar free option, but when I got there, was told very bluntly, we never have That! I wont go back.
