PROS: Great custard, many flavors, cones, cups, cartons. Customer service I would give a 8/10, just because most of the employees seem like this is their first job so they are inexperienced as employees. So give them the benefit of the doubt. I think the bad employees were let go because I dont see them there anymore. CONS: Only 3 pre-made flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, Flavor Of The Day. BUT you choose what type of custard and then mix in toppings. There can sometimes be a wait if it is busy, custard is not always the same, because each person I assume makes the orders a bit different. If you get hot fudge or caramel toppings mixed in as a concrete, it may be semi-melty as it is handed to you and will melt kind of quick. Each time I go there I get good service and it is usually made quickly.

Zero stars is more appropriate... Pulled into the drive-thru, no one came on the intercom, so I drive to the window, still no one. I honk and finally call them, they pick up the phone like they were sleeping. The car of 4 people behind me leaves and the kid takes 20min to make a small driller. Than he hands me the custard dripping and covered in caramel. No apologies, nothing. The worse service I have EVER received. Andys should and will run them out of business. An experience like that isnt a one time thing, there is an integral problem that starts at the top.

Husband and I were headed back home from a trip and really wanted some good ice cream. After doing some searching, this place was most recommended, so we made the trip over here. Upon arrival they looked fairly busy so I was a little worried.. but after finally making a decision between all the options they have, our custard came out very quick and it is AMAZING. Definitely recommend if you are visiting or passing through. It is also right off the highway so its very convenient.

Awful without Michael there. Nothing i asked for was given then then they acted irritated with my request. Didnot give me correct change back and kept saying i was wrong until i got my calculator out n showed them. I am here daily if not twice a day and this was the worst experience ever. Plus dip in his mouth. And acted like i should apologize!

I havent had or thought of frozen custard in nearly 15 years. My wife asked me today if I had ever had it, and immediately I remembered Freckles - thats how good their product is, that its still ingrained in my memory a decade and a half later. If it werent a thousand-mile trip, Id drive back to Tulsa just for this.

Good ice cream, toppings are mostly good. My one major complaint is that whatever synthetic whipped-cream they use is utterly disgusting and there are a lot of specials they put it on without asking. I dont care how cheap it is, some cost cutting measure simply arent worth it.

Dont try going anywhere from an hour to 45 minutes before closing because they will just decide to close. Got there and was told "it was a slow day so we closed early"...yet decided to hang out and tell all our customers that we are here...yet closed. Customer Service Epic Fail.

Driving to Texas from Kansas and stopped by for some Custard, it was truly amazing, the service could be better, but I assume this is a first job for most of the employees and they are doing the best they can. I will try to stop by on my way back to Kansas.
