Good snow cones but the wait is unjustifiable. There are only young kids operating the front, with no manager present, and they clearly dont have the time or the know-how to run the place efficiently by themselves. If the owner or manager reads this review, consider this: Youre man bottleneck is ice. If theres no ice, theres no cones. Why then, in a rush, isnt ice constantly being made? With two machines running, and one person responsible for all operations at those machines (shaving the ice, packing the cups, adding the flavor, and cleaning the cups), it will always be impossible to serve more than 2 or 3 people without driving the wait time unjustifiably high. These functions need to be split up across the staff, and it would be very easy to do with the large staff I saw today. Try this: on machine 1, 1 person is responsible for constantly shaving ice and is responsible for grabbing their own ice blocks. Next, 1 person is responsible for packing the initial fill of ice, flavoring, and packing the top of the cone. It is then handed down to the next person who will flavor the top ice before it goes to the customer. This will take 3 people, leaving 1 to take orders at the drive thru, one to make smoothies, 1 to take orders on the store, and one to run machine 2 as a backup. The key here is that ice shaving never stops and is therefore, taken off critical path. Apologies if this seems very presumptuous and arrogant, but I had a lot of time in line to figure all of this out.

So I have to agree with those who say the wait is intolerable. I mean, its a snow cone. We waited 25 minutes for our entire order of just three cones to be served. There was one family of 6 in front us. And each cone came in 5 mintue intervals. Watching them work was kind of funny, if it wasnt sad. They were scrambling doing all this stuff, and putting out one cone every 3-5 minutes. I think there were four people working. Every 10 minutes or so Id see one of them ask another a question and see the other shrug and say "I dont know." Ill prob come back just bc theres nowhere close that I know if who does snow cones and the kids love it. Judging by the comparitive score from the other location, this is primarily a management and training issue. Ill have to try the other store sometime and compare.

Would it hurt to actually put enough flavored syrup on the sno cone to taste it throughout the sno cone. If I wanted to eat ice I can hit the ice dispenser on the fridge and never leave the house. Daughter took 2 bites of her red raspberry and hit white ice. Took it to the counter and asked for more syrup to be added and good ol Jack put 2 drops on it to cover the white ice. Really! Like thats gonna soak all the way down. Dont mind spending my money on treats for my daughter but it really chaps my @$$ when its wasted money!!! 2nd bad experience in a row and there wont be a third. Too bad really liked this Bahama Bucks when it first opened.

Terrible! Love the establishment for their delicious snow cones but its just not worth it to wait in the drive thru for Atleast 30 MINUTES. We sat there for 30 mins and didnt even get greeted for another 20 mins once we reached the window. It was ridiculous. The cashiers werent even friendly nor did they apologize for the wait. I dont think its that hard to make snow cones quickly, something needs to be changed or the person who is over this location needs to get their stuff together and fix it.

Snocones are good. Not any better than any other snocones Ive had. The two issues I have is there seems to always be a chunk of foam missing from the edge of your cup and little bits of foam in your snocone. I dont want to eat foam. The other issue is they are so slow. Even when there is no one there it takes 10 minutes to get a snocone. Are they shaving the ice with a butter knife?

LOVE this place! Been to one other one and the only thing I can say could maybe improve is the amount you put in the cups, unfortunately compared to the other one these were considerably less full. However this was shortly after you opened I believe.. Maybe you already worked this out.. I plan on visiting again very soon!

Every time I come to this fukn place they screw up my order or charge me for the wrong thing. The frozen ice is great but the employees dnt listen and get an attitude wen u try to correct them. Out of the 15 times Ive been to this place theyve gotten my order correct twice and Ive had it with they ass. .

Great snowcones, but its a snowcone, so there isnt much differentiation between here and other places. My comments: 1. this is the slowest place ever 2. Have been here several times and each time we get less and less syrup so the bottom of our treat is all white ice. Im not sure if we will return...

My daughter loves their snow cones and the lemonade is good but the wait time is ridiculous. The staff is very young and although a couple are professional and nice, the majority of them are very rude and disrespectful. It needs an adult, professional manager to whip it into shape.

I use to be in love with this location! I visit once or twice a week.. the last 4 times Ive been disappointed... snowcones are not full not enough juice to the point there is white spots in my large cherry and strawberry snowcones.. the customer service is not the best

not flavored all the way through and does not taste anything like youd expect. Tigers Blood(strawberry and coconut) tasted like Strawberry and Cinnamon. Zero Coconut flavor. Very disappointing!

The service can be painfully slow but the employees are always nice and the shaved ice is delicious! Try getting an Avalanche Pack, my kids loved having a snowball fight in the middle of July!

This is my 3rd time to try to go. Says 11am, but its not open at 11:59. Another time they were open but training... So it might be good, heck i would not know

Good. Menu is huge. Floors are sticky but that is what you get with sugar drinks and a lot of kids.
