This place is decorated nicely and I always pass by whenever I go to city centre or around the area. I tried once upon a time and it was okay. In other words, it is not as great as the places surrounding it. I tried it yet again because my friend has never been here before and she always wanted to try it. After some time has passed, they still have not improved. Their gelato is too sweet and most of their flavors tasted artificial. Their cupcake is decent, but on the dry side. The workers there seem indifferent about their desserts/products. They have macaron, gelato, cupcakes, mini cupcakes, creme brulee, and etc. They have everything, but nothing worth coming back for. The people come here may return because of the location and the asthetic of the store, but not for the quality of the desserts. Parking is shared with other surrounding stores and restaurant. On the plus side, its near Flemings so you might as well just go there for dessert!

Ive been meaning to try this place for the longest and finally got the opportunity last night. My experience was definitely a positive one. The customer service was friendly and great, and the products were absolutely amazing. I had a huge sweet tooth and loved their layout of all the products. Such a variety of desserts and creative flavors.The atmosphere was very nice, as well. The prices were fair as well, we purchased 2 massive specialty cupcakes and 2 scoops of gelato for under $13. The cupcakes were rich, moist, and had rich flavor to them. The gelato was silky smooth. Needless say, I will be returning for more.

5 STARS. Such a cute little place. Good for work meetings. They have Wi-Fi and little quiet places to talk on the phone or conduct a meeting. There is a cute conference table in the back. The mini cupcakes are so wonderful and the gelato has such uniqueness. The service was kind and quick. There is a TON of patio seating. The only downside is possibly parking. You may have to park and walk just a bit but its worth it. They also have a TON of cute gifts and things for fancy little parties. Cant rave enough!

Great variety of sweets here. Very cute atmosphere. Large enough to meet with a small party. Inside/outside seating. Great natural lighting inside and all the bright colors make you feel as though you are in a story book. Mouse cake was amazing. Tried chocolate and Oreo. Strawberry looks amazing also. Cookies were good and large cakes were moist. Not all cupcakes were moist as I prefer. Havent tried the ice cream yet, but many varieties as well. Would return again... as diet allows!

Best Chocolate chewy cookies in town hands down, I drive 45miles just to get these awsome cookies also they have the best Chocolate Chip pecan cookies another favorite. But them chewy cookies are the best. The service at this location is also very good

Awesome cupcakes! Im from out of town, so I didnt have a vehicle, I called in an order ( the lady on the phone was very friendly & helpful) and they delivered it to my hotel, the Sheraton Suites. Cupcakes were moist & delicious. A million thanks!

Great clean and friendly bakery. Awesome selection and the pastries were tastey and properly baked. Only downside is that the gelato is not as creamy as it should be and its priced high enough to where they could afford not to cut corners...

I gave three stars because the service is good and so are the Gelatos. But three of the only pastries Ive had there and one slice of cake seem like they were several days old. For instance the bread on the eclair I had was not fresh.

I absolutely love this place. They always have interesting new kinds of cupcake flavors for the cupcake of the month specials. And the cupcakes are massive...definitely our familys guilty pleasure

Unique, vibrant decor for an interesting dine-in experience. The cakes are tasty but could probably cut back the sugar by half and still retain its rich, creamy flavor. Overall a good experience.
