I work for a catering company and manage a lot of weddings, which also means I end up cutting a lot of weddings cakes. Some wedding cakes fall apart after the first cut, but not with the cake provided by the Cake Specialist. I was able to dissect the top tier from the rest of the cake without any issues. It was easy to cut neat slices of cake without it crumbling into a hundred pieces, before it reached the plate. The cake specialist provided a gorgeous gold stand for the cake as well, making it easier for the cake to be cut. I was happy to hear that this cake came out of Bellevue! Support local businesses !

Terrible horrible place you made surger free emoji POOP cake sugar free last year for my son with diabetes. Delivered it to southgate apt. Chandler Rd. Now you lied said you didnt. If your words no good neither are you. Military taught us that. He really enjoyed it and was looking forward for another one. But you Bellevue people think your too good to help people with special needs. Illness! !! Sad but I found a lovely kind care lady who is willing to make it. She may be starting out not rich like you. But God bless Destiny. Bless her heart. God sees all. Ty @Lisa

I used to bake and decorate my own cakes from scratch because I was very fussy about the flavor. Now I look for an excuse to order from The Cake Specialist! We had a terrific Husker strawberry cake for one sons graduation and then transported a full sheet of almond, with perfect school crest and colors, for our oldest sons medical school graduation. You cant go wrong with the almond--I dont think anyone missed on at least seconds! I can only imagine how a whole wedding cake would taste!

I have been using Cake Specialist for over 10 years now, Jamie designed and made my wedding cake, she has been making my kids birthday cakes since they were born. I order cupcakes and cakes for Offutt Collision Repair at least once and month and I have never been disappointed. Jamie and her staff are wonderful to work with. If you want a cake that is made to perfection then this is your place! The cakes always taste amazing and the attention to detail is incredible. Cake Specialists offer many flavors of cake at very reasonable prices. She made my wedding cake last August and it was amazing. The decorating was nice and the taste was even better. I recommend pink champagne with champagne torte, almond with raspberry torte, and marble with Baileys Irish Cream torte.

Disappointing! Ordered a lemon cake and gave me the wrong flavor cake. Then proceeded to call back and the owner was not very forgiving. Sad that I have to take my business elsewhere due to them making the wrong flavor cake and owner was not very understanding.

Went in to buy my wedding cake and spend probably around 300 on a cake. But instead of hi how can i help you.. I got we are really busy so you just sit there and look at some pictures. .. so I will be taking my 300-400 dollars somewhere else!

The Cake Specialists were phenomenal! The cake and cupcakes for my daughters quinceanera were spectacular. The cake,was stunning and absolutely delicious. Our guests finished the entire cake and cupcakes:)Lots of compliments:)
