I had excellent, friendly and efficient service today by Kevin at the Bose store at the Mall of America(MOA). He was very knowledgeable regarding the problem with the Bose sound dock I bought in. It was a gift a few years ago, used 1 - 2 times, then borrowed. When I got it back it did not work... there was a problem with the plug in the back of the unit. He took one look at it and knew exactly what had happened. Apparently, the plug had been jammed into the unit upside down and bent the connection prongs inside the unit. He said he could attempt to fix it or he could send it in to be repaired. I didnt have anything to lose.... if he couldnt fix it, Id send it in at that point and pay $99. He asked if I had any other shopping to do at MOA and if I could give him 15 minutes. An hour later, with shopping bags in tow, I came back and was thrilled to learn that he had fixed it. He showed me the correct way the plug had to be attached to the unit so it wouldnt happen again. He even marked it with a Sharpie. I am VERY happy to have the sound dock back working. It has incredible sound for such a small unit! We plan to take it to our new lodge. Thank you Kevin! BTW....he wouldnt let me pay for his time or the repair.

I purchased a pair of Bose wireless headphones for a recent business trip. They worked great with my iPhone but when I tried connecting with my iWatch I couldnt pair them successfully. Insert Jackson at the Bose store in MOA. Jackson took the time to understand my problem and provided over the phone support and troubleshooting. In minutes he helped me pair my headphones to my iWatch. He could have easily given me a 1800 number. Or insisted I bring the device in. But he took the customer centric approach to stop and help. Its this high level of service that makes an expensive purchase worth every dime spent.

I had a great experience I had the salesman Jakson he related to me wasnt pushy showed me all the products I went in there 3 times and the 2 time Jakson wasnt the person I was talking to and the other guy was pushy and seemed biest Jakson wasnt he loved his job he told me and I thought he was nice I had him twice he was the best when you go in there ask for him he has long hair and glasses.

Bose products are mighty expensive, but always have the best audio no other brands have. If you have the big bucks, you just might get lucky and grab something to increase the audio quality. Bose products are the key to listening to music and watching sports.

Called in for a little help. Service rep on phone was unwilling to do anything other than nothing. Thanks for nothing, Ill be sure to buy nothing from you in the future. I love bose, but really? Your not willing to help me do a quick troubleshoot.
