Ive been on Sprint for a few years now, my wife was on Verizon. We recently got married and decided to combine service which we were dreading. We went into the store and were helped by the assistant manager Jonathan Garcia. He is very easy to work with, knows his stuff and is very competent, he is easily the best Sprint rep I have worked with. He helped us activate two new iPhones, change our billing information and transfer our old data to our new phones, the whole process did take a few hours, but honestly it wasnt a big deal because he is so easy to work with and chat to. Even though it did take a few hours, we were able to leave the store and walk to a Chipotle for dinner nearby, theres also a few other stores in the area like Cub and Walmart if you need to do any errands. I highly recommend this location, it is small and tucked away, but everyone at the store is friendly and helpful without being imposing or forceful with their sales tactics.

On July 15 the I went into sprint and bought a Demo Harman Onyx speaker.... When I got home to open box it was a used speaker with dust and geese hand prints all over it. The sales rep was Steven and also the district rep who Ive never seen and I been going to that store for over 2 yr... Before I arrive at the store I spoke will Kendal who is a manager their and he put me on hold for over 10 min... I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the out come out this experience.. As even to walk on the store and looking into Kendal (Manager) face he had nothing to say to me at all.. I wouldnt recommend Sprint services to my no one... I will be looking into changing services asap! They are very unprofessional!!!

Steven is the best!! Been going to the same sprint store for years since like..forever! The customer service it always great here and staff Are very welcoming and always on point. Kendal the manager is super smart he can do that whole cube thing with getting all the colors on one side. Very impersssive

Drove out of my way to try this store out because of the positive reviews. My experience with the associate I spoke with I can only liken to something on the scale of talking to a wall to talking to a wet towel. Poor customer service and ill-informed on policies. Management, you can do better!

I have been with sprint since 5 in half years. Never had a issue with sprint, and the issue that l did have. Sprint has always Resolve all of my phone issue. Yes the customer service is amazing in person or on the phone. I am planning on been with sprint for years to come.
