This is my home Gamestop. Ive been to many around the area and I can honestly say I have had the best experience so far at this one. Super chill, authentic and genuine environment and the team there does what they can to assure you get the most out of the deals that corporate are advertising.

Wasnt acknowledged when I walked through the door. The guy at the register was talking to a girl the whole time and didnt even bother to ask me if I needed help or had any questions. Dude looked at me a few times and I walked out the door. Would give 0 stars if i could.

Had called to ask if a certain game had a certain feature in it, however I didnt even get a chance to ask. Was put on hold for 15min+. so I hanged up. Quite disappointing knowing this is a local Gamestop that I usually shop at, and I know its not that busy....

The reps here make me feel like I am a valued customer. If they dont have what I want, they will call around to other stores to see if they have it for me. They even have items shipped there for me to pick you up for better convenience on my behalf.

On Black Friday they dont put the game I want on sale instead they make you buy the game full price and then they give you 50 or 30% off on some other crap. GameStop is a rip off. When they do put game on sale it was a bad game
