I recently moved to a smaller place and had to purchase a bunk bed quickly. I was looking for a durable bunk bed at a reasonable price. I searched the web and visited mutiple stores. I went online and looked for reviews. At the time Flamingo Furniture had mixed reviews so, I decided to check them out myself. From the moment I walked in the store I was taken care of. I was eyeing a bunk bed for weeks so, I decided to go in for pricing and measurements. Once I got home it turned out that the bunk bed I wanted wasnt the right fit. I visited the store once more to see if they had something else. I was greeted by the store owner and much to my surprise he took care of me himself instead of passing me to someone else. He listened, took his time, and wasnt pushy at all. He was genuinely concerned about me purchasing the right bunk bed for my situation. After I went home and confirmed it would fit in my space I placed the order with him immediately along with a mattress and I received my bunk bed by the end of that week just like he said. The delivery was awesome! The guys built the bunk bed in less than 30 minutes. I couldnt believe it. They were in and out and just like that I was done and ready to move on with the rest of my move. A couple of days after that I realized I would need an additional mattress because, my old mattress was too thick for the bunk bed. I visited the store once more and was greeted by the owners son. He was so outgoing and just happy to be of service. I placed my order right away and had my mattress a couple of days later. Ive heard horrible stories of furniture stores with pushy salesman and deliveries that took more than a month to arrive. I wasnt looking forward to purchasing furniture but, thanks to the staff at Flamingo Furniture I was pleasantly surprised. Not only would I recommend them I will go to them first if I ever need to purchase additional furniture.

my moms expirience was horrible she had bought a Daybed made out of Wood Sawdust Yet the saleswoman told her that it was made out of Real Wood and they were getting ready to close the store they hurried my mom into buying their furniture so my mother didnt get a chance to see what she had bought and also their was missing peices and my mom couldnt build the Daybed and the salesman told my mom that she cannot exchange the furniture nor get her money back on top of that my mom had also bought a bed From flamingo furniture They told my mom that it was a good bed and it supports up to 400 pounds and That it was made out of HARD METAL!!!!!!! Well it results that it was nothing but Cheap Aluminum Metal No Support Holding the bed And it broke after 2 weeks of use You Wanna Know How it broke Well Their Stupid Company Used Two Scraps Of Bed Already Broken And Grabbed Another metal Peice and 4 Screws To put the bed together do Yourselves a Favor Dont Buy From Flamingo furniture Their Scammers Poor Customer Service , ignorants, and their products are Cheap Quality If i had a chance to put 0 stars for this review i would

flamingo furniture is a joke... There furniture is cheap quality, u order one day and once u pay them they deliver weeks 6 later, i bought a couch last year in April and it broke down, there wood is cheep, i was forced to pay for flamingos to build my couch in my house because the sofa was big i was told i couldnt change the order so i had no choice but to pay $100 extra for them to put it together on top of the expensive sofa, they are swindlers...so yesterday i threw that cheap sofa out and went to Bobs Furniture and bought and amazing set and they will be delivering tomorrow. i would NEVER shop at flamingos again, and i would NEVER reefier anyone to buy furniture here again!!!

I actually have to disagree with some of the other reviews. My experiance with Flamingo was pretty pleasent. I trust them. I know that they have been around for over 35 years and that they are not some "fly by night" company thats been open a couple of years or months. Being in business for that long is not easy to do and not by accident, so odds are that they know what they are doing. They gave me nice deal, an approximate delivery date, and they delivered my furniture, thats it! PATIENCE PEOPLE, holy moly! People need to learn how to chill out! Good job Flamingo, I will definately be back!

Flamingo Furniture...this place is amazing . I am sure I will get all of my furniture from them from now on. Everyone who I had contact with were always very nice and wonderful. The service was impeccable...my inexpensive couch and coffee table came in no time and in perfect condition. From the minute I saw the couch and coffee table at the store I couldnt wait to get into my newly renovated living room. They are now the perfect addition to my perfect apartment. I recommend everyone to check out their large selection of high quality furniture!

Im 19 years old so when I went to check it out, they thought I was playing around so no one came to check up on me. I had to ask for help and even then the sales lady was ignoring me. She was arrogant but once she saw I was serious, she treated me a little bit better. On another note, its been 3 weeks since I purchased my furniture and I still havent received it. They need to be more responsible on delivering furniture as fast as they can.

My sister went in for a dining room set and wound up with a living room set as well. We liked the layout of the showroom, her salesperson was helpful without being pushy at all and when the furniture arrived when they said it would, the guys were quick, courteous. They offer a protection plan which is good for anyone with kids or entertains alot for an extra fee. Im sold and would not only recommend them but would go back for myself.

Horrible, I try buying a closet from the 3 years ago I paid for it and when they went to get it they only had one left and it was broken, they told me to wait about a week and three weeks past and I never received it. When I asked for my money back they didnt want to return it until I mentioned calling the cops on them

Ive had the worst experience here thus far. I was promised delivery dates before I purchased the furniture which have been delayed. Furthermore, they delivered furniture without all the pieces so I couldnt use it! You get the run around on the phone and some of them are just utterly rude!!! Beware!

One day a decided to buy a bed set I saw on display. So I entered the store and when I asked about the price to a young seller, he responded me with the next sentence: ¨When you have money, come back and I´ll tell the everything you need¨. I was shocked with the answer. Now you can judge by yourself.
