Awful experience, avoid at all costs. After waiting for four hours on a Thursday, the Sanford and Sons delivery van finally pulled into my driveway to deliver my brand new sectional and kitchen chairs. Two delivery men, an older gentleman (65) and a younger male (25) with an awful attitude removed my unprotected furniture from this tiny van that was clearly undersized for such a large delivery. As expected, the sectional was covered in damage. Rips, scratches and tears all over. At first they denied the damage but upon calling their supervisor and my salesman I was told they would replace the unit. I understand that accidents happen, but the utter negligence and lack of professionalism were completely unacceptable. Two strikes. My experience continued to worsen. Before the units were delivered, I was told that assembly of the kitchen chairs and the relocating of my current sofa to my basement were part of the deal. When I approached the delivery guys about these arrangements I was met with grunts of disgust and horrible attitudes as if I was inconveniencing them. Again, a call went into their supervisor and salesman who explained that it was part of the deal. At this point, I didnt even want the furniture and requested they just take it back and refund me my money. I was told that I would receive a call from the GM of the store that night. Thursday night came and went, no call. Friday I received a call from a manager of a DIFFERENT location who explained that I had to accept a replacement unit or it would cost me $250 for a return fee, neither of which were acceptable options. I have since attempted to contact the GM of the Lodi location, Mike, numerous times after with no avail. I keep getting the run around about his schedule and availability. Five days later and still no resolution. Im stuck with a damaged sectional that I do not want and can not get my money back. This has been hands down the worst experience I have ever had with any retailer of any product. They have done nothing but cause grief and aggravation for me from the start and have dont nothing to rectify the situation. I plan to contact the better business bureau as well as my attorney to discuss further action.

Do NOT buy from them. I am beyond upset. This company has caused me nothing but grief and frustration. They lied about the delivery date. They told me two weeks it took over a month. I had to keep calling and calling or else I would have been waiting for months. (Lodi location) They are foreign so it makes it difficult to communicate with them and the customer service is terrible. I finally received my sectional and they gave me the wrong thing. I paid for a sofa that had a pull out bed. I called them about this that same day and they kept telling me to call back later I have to talk to "Mike"... After weeks of no contact I bring in my receipt and they admit that they gave me the wrong thing and would send me the right piece. They also gave me the wrong area rug! The one piece of the couch was too big so they sent two men to remove my door and assemble it in my apartment. It left a mess and my door no longer closes properly. They said they would come between 11 and 1 today and they still have not showed up. Please for the love of god, stick with Bobs much better customer service with English speaking people and professional delivery guys. NEVER AGAIN!

Horrible Experience!!! First of all they lied about the delivery date, I was told 2 weeks when I purchased my furniture , I received my furniture after 2 months!! I took the day off work because my delivery was supposed to arrive between 10 and 2, they never showed up!! Every time I tried calling the store for an update, they would hang up the phone on me. Horrible customer service! Its not worth the savings.

They are scam artists I went to them hoping to find a new bedroom set for my new place and got completely ripped off not only did they bring me the wrong furniture set they later tried to cover up the fact by stating that the furniture set I had ordered had been discontinued I personally called the furniture manufacturer only to discover that they lied and worst yet refuse to remedy the situation

Have purchased my living room set and bedroom set with a great sales man by the name of chris. He offered us a great deal on everything. Will definitely recommend coming here to friend and family to purchase from them and deal with Chris. He is an amazing Salesman.

Still waiting for sum of my furniture. Almost 3 months. One of the bed sets broke so they said they gonna replace it- still waiting. Im in a verge to sue them. Very very very disappointed bc they are very disorganised.

DO NOT TRUST MOST OF THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS!! The people who rated the store are friends of the owner and sales representatives, so sad that they have to resort to that. Just do your job and you will earn the stars.
