PROS: Tons of furniture, and the clearance center next door is stocked! CONS: However- we really disliked the strong/hard sale that was pushed on us anytime we walked in. We were not permitted to wander at will, had a constant sales pitch from start to finish.... it got to the point that the sales folk were *begging* us to put a down payment, and cancel with 100% refund as soon as we got home. Not our idea of a good shopping experience.

Awful delivery customer service. Salesmen promised I could schedule a specific 3 hour window which turned out not to be true. I spent over an hour over the course of a day trying to get them to send a certificate of insurance to my building for delivery. They refused to refund or credit any part of my purchase as a courtesy. Ill never shop here again.
