Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. Bought a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe with 25k miles on it here 2 months ago in April 2016... a new car in my eyes... " exceptional customer service" the advertising brags.. "worry free ownership". Hardly. This car has been in the shop off and on the entire 2 months... I have been in two rentals for a total of 15 days.... it STILL is not running right. The Hyundai dealership cannot figure out whats wrong with it. I have not even made my first payment on it! My salesman, Don Jones was ever so persistent... called me several times a day until I bought a car... so nice and accommodating. UNTIL THEIR PRODUCT TURNS OUT TO BE A HUGE PROBLEM. Thats when Don, Jarell, the "manager" Lateesha... all suddenly cant return my calls! WON"T RETURN A CALL. And Im not being rude, Im not being a problem... Im not blaming them for the car! Things happen- I understand! But I have been waiting to hear back from this manager Lateesha, or ANY manager for what its worth...for a week now! They are the most unprofessional group I have had to deal with in awhile. I have made a running notation of every call, message I have left there and for who... and I am putting together my complaint to their corporate office. ( FYI- the corporate office doesnt care) Update- I finally received a call back from one of the managers and they agreed to buy the car back for the sales price ( if I buy a more expensive car and pay all of the taxes and fees on the new car) However, the $1400 in taxes and the $450 tag fee and the $299 processing fee and the $450 transfer fee and my $250 repair bill and the $200 in accessories I purchased for the car... ALL that money is lost. So, for a mere $3200 loss, I can have the pleasure of buying a more expensive car from them. No thank you. Please do your research folks. They do not take car of the customer after the sale. And FYI, I have NEVER had an issue with any car I have ever bought... and I have NEVER posted a negative online review. Im not one of those people. This was just , needless. 08/15/2016 I finally got my car running decent, after it was in the shop for 17 days and I had to drive 3 rental cars and they replaced the fuel pump, new fuel injectors, gaskets etc. The lemon alert is for Enterprise. SO disappointed in their staff.
When my car was totaled in an accident, my insurance company, USAA, sent me to Enterprise to get a rental car, at a different location. Then I started looking for a replacement car and prayed fervently that I would find the car God wanted me to have. I made an appt. with another company for 4:15pm that Friday, after work. When I got to Satellite Blvd, it was very crowded and I couldnt find that place. Then I saw an Enterprise Rental place and stopped there for assistance. They sent me a mile up the street to this location. I believe that, although it wasnt the location I was seeking, it was the location that God wanted me to find. Sabine Myrtil greeted me and helped me every step of the way through my selection. She very professionally pointed out all the features of the 3 cars most suited to what I asked to see. I hadnt bought a car since 2001 and it was before that that I had a car payment, so I needed honest direction and was so pleased to hear that they are not paid on commission and have a 7 day return policy. Their cars were young and fully inspected. L.T., Eddy and others there all pitched in to assist me and made me feel comfortable. It ended up that I selected a car they found for me in Marietta and Sabine drove over there to get it for me! I was also able to return my rental to them, rather than the location where I had gotten it, which was ideal. I loved the experience & love my new car - total satisfaction. I am 70 years old.
Im so glad and grateful I chose Enterprise for my new car! It was a very pleasant experience and a far cry from the ones of yesteryear where you felt beat up and worn out from the pressure tactics. Here I was greeted with smiles and assistance from each person. I enjoyed working with my salesperson Jeff Morgan as well as Stacy in finance. The process was a lengthy one (time wise) for me but putting that aside I absolutely would recommend Enterprise Car Sales. We are loving our 2014 Camry and having been a loyal Toyota owner since the 80s I was continuing the legacy. The car is performing well and a breeze to drive. The gas mileage is phenomenal and all the bells and whistles so much fun too. Most important, it is reliable and safe. I purchased the extended warranty package so I have peace of mind for years to come. Visit and see for yourself.
It was my first time buying a car from a "dealership", and I visited a few others before I came to Enterprise, so I was exhausted already. I made an appointment with Clemo (she was recommended by ACU, my credit union) and she called before to confirm. I showed up, she had already gotten the price of the car lowered to where I wanted it, so really no haggling! She and the management team made everything so easy, and she even texted me a pic with my new car so I would have her cell # just in case afterwards. I called a week later because I lost a couple answers in the blur of how easy everything was. Come to find out, they took care of everything for title, tag, etc. so I dont even have to do anything! Service was so great, Id definitely recommend them!
Enterprise Car Sales in Duluth, Ga. is an outstanding place to purchase a car. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in purchasing your car. Not pushy at all as they dont need to be with the best used cars and prices in Atlanta. I have been purchasing vehicles for over 45 years and have a passion for researching cars for the best reliable one for the best price. My son purchased his car that was 2 years newer with more features and 12k less miles for approximately the same $$$ as CARMAX. You would make a big mistake if you dont check out Enterprise Car Sales 1st. Dean from Atlanta.
I love buying my 14 Corolla there. Im not an easy buyer because I been working with cars for 14 years about financing and mechanical, so I pretty much know about everything. My sale rep Don was great, so much patience and he made it an easy and pleasant experience. About the price is basically buying a second owner car at a dealer but with a real discount plus youll not have the hidden fees, the price you see is the price you pay. I stopped at the dealers before go to enterprise to compare prices and we ended getting exactly the car we wanted for around 5k less.
These people were excellent, after having a bad experience at a Nissan dealership I thought about Enterprise and Im glad I did. They took the time that was needed and asked the right questions, my husband and I were surprised the personal interested that was shown, even though it was getting late!! The Sales Manager even gave us 700$ more on our trade in then originally quoted. Soon they had the truck my husband wanted on order from Florida. He and I were ecstatic and fully satisfied. He and I would both recommend this dealership any day.
