Seriously understaffed, poor phone system and not a retailer to take seriously. Was looking for a particular beer for Sunday. The store is open from 10:00 AM forward but no one answers the phone. No recording....nada...after 3 tries I decided to simply leave a review in hopes that their management would recognize they have an issue.

Not just a liquor sto. This store illustrates ABC Fine Wine & Spirits strategy for reviving and growing their brand. Its a classy shop devoting plenty of floor space to diverse offerings of the oenoic variety, located in the high-rent district of Lake Mary/Heathrow. Helpful staff.

Beautiful store with a great selection of spirits, beer and wine. And its all very affordable. All the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. And they have cigars as well. Not the biggest selection there, but still plenty.
