An aged shopping center with few changes over the years. The "urban style" Iverson Mall (filled with sneak shoe stores and street clothing stores) is a odd parking lot away. Dont expect to spend hours here unless you like the few stores which are more geared to locals or someone looking for something specific. Macys is OK but its on a smaller scale compared to others (one level and not connected to a mall). The movie theater has gone through positive changes but still would consider this a local center to visit if you are not particularly looking for anything and just have a little time to spend. More for locals, young at heart and urban style fashionistas.

Its Great place to go to find affordable nice things in support local businesses.were u can get the best haircut in DC,Americas best snicker doodles,were u can find pants that will normally cost 50$ for only 10$ in forman mills,a place were u can buy 5 peice of jewelry for a dollar at the top level jewelry store,place u can find affordable fitted in tapered suit for under 100$ a place u can get stunt guns,tazers for 10$ in 20$ shoe deals at payless.a place you can find what you need sick in affordable.it do need renovations in to be fixed up badly xD but Im afraid the value will go up if it did

This old building still has some life left in her but I find that yes the aura of the place does seem sort of negative and might need a good cleansing. Some of the merchants look underwhelmed, tired and bored just waiting for business. I hadnt been there in forever but its nice to see the place has some sort of pulse at least.

Marlow Heights center is great for quick shopping stops, from Americas Best, Roses, Beauty Supplies, FCU/MnT, Giant Food, Macys and some Fast Food places. Its great. Downside is its not very clean and though Security is present, still be aware of your surroundings.

The business is in a local spot, but with very little advertisement so older people who dont drive or get around so well barely know whats available. The stores products and its appearances could be a lot better also.

I, actually, went to the $5.00 movies. Its a very nice theatre and the movie are surprisingly up to date. The attendants are always friendly and helpful.
