I am very unsatisfied with the level of customer service, and product provided by this establishment. This past weekend was my daughters prom. After calling many of the local florists in town, I was pleased that House of Fabian did silk corsages, or so they said when I placed my order. On the day of pick-up, I was shocked to see what the florist had created. The corsage was not silk, the elastic wrist band was cheap and too large for any wrist, and the overall size was not proportional. The florist stated that they did not do silk corsages, and that I did not ask for that. I was shocked to hear this, as that is the whole purpose for why I called every local florist. The florist at House of Fabian that I spoke with at pick-up was unapologetic, unfriendly, and not caring to my original request. I was left helpless, and utterly surprised at the treatment and ill level of customer service that I was receiving. My daughter was in tears at the sight of this corsage, and the florist did not care. House of Fabian created a stressful event for myself, and my daughter. After this poor level of customer service, we will not be supporting this establishment anymore, and will be taking our business elsewhere.

I have been purchasing my floral arrangements exclusively from House of Fabian for more than two decades, and can’t imagine why I haven’t taken the time to write a review until now. The flowers are always fresh and beautifully arranged and always seem to last a surprisingly long time. I credit House of Fabian with keeping my wife happy, even when I’m out of favor. All I have to do is ring the store and briefly describe what I’m looking for and a wonderful beautiful arrangement arrives at our door. Forget about the internet or the grocery store. If you are anywhere near Valparaiso, go to a real florist. Go to House of Fabian! You will not be disappointed.

As the granddaughter of a greenhouse florist, I have pretty high standards on the quality of blossoms I buy. Florists have a choice about the freshness, condition and grade of flowers they sell to you. Have you ever purchased roses that dont open? A bouquet that goes limp in 2 days? Maybe from a grocery or big box? You get what you pay for, and at House of Fabian, the owner has made the investment to have flowers of the highest caliber. It makes such a difference to me. My fresh blooms last so long and open so beautifully. I wouldnt buy from anywhere else.

unbelievable floral creations, some of the most unusual and creative floral arrangements I have ever seen (fresh and silk)!! If you have not gotten flowers from them before, do NOT miss your chance! A Valparaiso MUST!

Dont buy your flowers from anyone else. Valpo has a few good flower shops and then theres FABIAN. Creative mixes, containers youll want to keep. Fresh flowers that last. Love Fabian!
