This store has really gone downhill. They used to be low priced with great employees. Ever since their remodel, the prices have gone way up, and most of the good employees have left. By far, the worst employee is the manager Tony Reno. This arrogant man constantly offends all of the customers and other workers by being extremely rude and short-fused. I do not recommend shopping here. There are other supermarkets nearby, such as Whole Foods, Bristol Farms, and Trader Joes. A little further away are Vons and Food 4 Less.

This Ralphs is going through a lot with the recent construction, but Ive always found the employees to be happy and helpful. Today in particular I was humbled by one of their managers, Karen, who was helping an elderly man check out (he clearly didnt have enough money to buy his groceries) and she dipped into her own pocket to help him pay. I was taken aback by her generosity and kindness. I have in the past, but I will also continue to shop here because of the warmth of the people.

This Ralphs is a bit hit or miss. Parking is usually decent, but the layout makes getting into the parking area problematic during rush hour traffic. The store itself is usually clean, but Ive found a fair amount of expired goods. Make sure you check perishables here before buying. Pro tip - they often have promoters in the alcohol section. Say hi if youre interested, every time Ive met with the different vendors the reps have always been very friendly!

I am giving one star because the Lady at the Hot Foods Department is super rude. I just asked her for help and she rolled her eyes and gave me all kinds of looks. If i could get the food myself then I would buy again. I never want to ask them for help again! Horrible customer service! She made me feel like I did something to her. All I wanted was a burrito and some potato wedges. She hates her job!

Lots of parking space, clean and well stocked store. Excellent stock of gourmet cheeses, wine, beer and lunch meets. In store bakery and service dely have a good selection of freshly cooked meals.

All the groceries you could want. Not a bargain store, but you get good value. Theres a coffee shop, sushi, bakery, and butcher all in the store.
