We needed to ship a diverse set of items home that we had collected while in the area — everything from paperwork to small appliances to laptops to a 53-pound decorative piece. Because we were traveling, we had no facilities to package the stuff up ahead of time, so we just hauled it into the UPS store in whatever we had available: garbage bags, banker boxes, even a big blue IKEA bag. And then we asked them to package it and ship it for us. I wish I had caught the name of the gentleman who serviced us. While his mannerisms were rather muted, he was EXTREMELY adept at assessing our items and planning out the most efficient way to package and ship them. He must have spent a good 40 minutes helping us (in total, over 2 trips), and thats not counting the time he spent finishing up the packaging after we left. We were very pleased with the service we received and very pleased with the results.

The guys at this UPS Store are great. This was my neighborhood shipping store for years, and they always handled, packed and managed everything quickly, efficiently and friendly. Recently I had to move to another city, and I asked Zorick and his team to help me ship some large plants and other big objects. They were amazing in coming up with a great packing solution that brought this tree/plant across the country in perfect shape, and at a totally reasonable price. They also took all my disorganized office stuff and packed it all safely and efficiently. These guys are friendly, efficient, totally great -- they insure everything gets sent and received safely and in perfect condition. Highly recommended!

I recently had to have my elderly mother get a pile of papers notarized and sent by UPS overnight, and I dont live in Los Angeles. The staff at this UPS Store went above and beyond in their service to her, dealing patiently with my many phone calls asking for assistance. They helped my mother to sign all the forms properly (not required from standard notary service). This was all on a last minute basis. The UPS overnight deadline was at 4:30 PM and she wasnt finished until 4:40 PM. She was flustered and nervous, but they put her at her ease and made sure it all worked. I am very appreciative.

The guys that helped me here were SUPER courteous and very generous. I had some questions about shipping a large box, next day mind you, and they not only helped me in packaging, but took on shipping and insuring everything, as if it were their own property. I was very comfortable leaving my package there, knowing it would get out of here safely and securely. I recommend this store to everyone. Great job! :D

I have used this UPS Store for years, have my mail sent there and have for years. The service is awesome, completely reliable, never a mistake, as efficient as is humanly possible, and when I need to get something sent somewhere, this is ALWAYS where I go to get the job done right! Even my dog loves them!
