Five out of five, this new crew is wonderful! I had contemplated switching from Verizon to Sprint for months now, it wasnt until I spoke to the manager Patrick that I felt comfortable enough to make the switch. So today I decided to finally come in and was helped by two of his new hires, London and Robert! They helped me decide what phone to get, and even helped me get my daughter a phone with their lease one get one free promotion which was great because i walked away with two iphones for the price of one! London and Robert were both wonderful!

I have been a sprint customer for 5 years now and was reluctant to return to this location due to past experiences. However yesterday I decided to give it another shot, and was pleasantly surprised to hear the entire store has been rehired, from the manager down to his associates. And let me tell you what a world of difference, great job Sprint on listening to past complaints and rehiring, this crew is awesome and has restored my faith in your company. Patrick and his team are what the face of Sprint should aspire to!!!

Came in yesterday to upgrade and found this location to be helpful and knowledgeable, on their services and products. In addition to helping me upgrade with an incredible monthly payment on an iphone, they helped my partner switch from AT & T and were able to add her line and get her the new iphone 8 as well! Probably spent close to two hours from beginning to end, which was the only downfall other than that everything lovely. thank you marina del rey sprint location(:

I visited the store while on vacation and was so impressed with the entire staff. They were friendly, obliging, helpful and knowledgeable. Carly- my daughter loves her new phone. Thanks for your help! It turns out I was able to retrieve my original phone number when I returned home. All is well that ends well. Jah, thanks for the mobile charger and all the snacks on customer appreciation day. Thank you for printing my boarding pass as well!!!!

I would never expect to review an experience getting cellular phone service, much less to rank it so highly, but Jah and the crew at the Sprint Store in Marina Del Rey were fabulous. They worked really hard to straighten out a very complex situation and throughout the long process, Jah was considerate, accurate, thorough, and exceedingly helpful. He earned his keep that day and we really appreciate all that he did - thanks, Jah!

Horrible service... I cant believe the representative didnt help me at all. As I attempted to finish my sentences he kept interrupting me. He was not wearing a name tag and was extremely sassy. I am extremely distraught that there can be this type of service, with such lack of respect. I left the store feeling helpless and decided to go to another Sprint store to get help. Ill never set foot in this store again!!

I went in for a new phone for Mothers Day There were 2 sprint associates helping customers so I waited my turn with the understanding that I hadnt made an appointment prior to arriving. 10 min later none of the sprint associates had even greeted or glanced over to say " Ill be with you shortly " Or asked if I had a simple question only. So after waiting a couple more minutes I walked out

I walked in and Mark the sprint sales rep immediately greeted me and said someone will be with me shortly. I was waited on in less than 10 minutes. Mark was extremely helpful and answered all my questions, and I asked a lot. I am very satisfied with my purchase and cant wait to use my new iPhone plus. Thank you Mark!!! Your awesome.
