Although the employees are very nice and helpful the owner whom would only give the name "Moe" is rude, argumentative, confrontational, has no regard to the franchise policies nor a feasible concept of the term costumer service. Im not going to go into detail of the acts of this mans complete negligence and disregard to policies and safety of costumers. Writ to headquarters, consumer affairs, governing court as well as complaints filed with local law enforcement may be able to teach this man how to treat women and costumers better than my fist can. Entering this location I will be wearing my service issue body cam and radio to assist in off duty aresst if necessary. I advised patrants of this location whom witness or are involved in altracations to notify local law enforcement. Thank you have a wonderful day.

I have been going to this store for the past year and a half. Its amazing how even though the economy has forced other stores to close, this one has kept its doors open for over 10 years. Not only have they kept their doors open due to there great customer service, but they go above and beyond. A perfect example is the fact that they maintain at least 2 rolls of tape near every computer for customer use. (Although they also sale tape ). I have always received the best customer service from these guys, even on days were they are very busy and disrespected by customers having a bad day. Thanks so much for your professionalism and great attitude, look forward to going back :)

Lets be clear I have high standards when it comes to customer service. The first day I was treated with the utmost respect as a customer, and every day thereafter. This area has a culture of Elite minded people that tend to ignore the rights of majority. This location has shown above par service equally to customers consistently. This location is a diamond in the Valley.

The people here are very rude and dont help you at all make sure your order is completed correctly. Stop shoving it back on the consumer to recheck a package. I am here spending money while not doing your job of making sure the address is written properly. If it is already written and you put it in incorrectly its your fault not mine. A$$H0l3S

The attendant Alex, helped me with detailed information about opening a mail box with them and also helped me overnight express some urgent paperwork in the fastest way to fit my needs. I appreciate the good customer service and all the information I was provided!

The manager of this location is extremely rude. I asked for a little extra tape on a package and he got upset. I took my business to the UPS on Devonshire, much friendlier there..
