Part of the Kroger chain of grocery stores. Selection is huge but, little vegan. The store is clean, shelves are well stocked. There are displays of beef, fish and poultry. Many choices of frozen, hot and refrigeratored prepared meals. Large liquor display and aisles of snacks. Helpful employees. Very few checkout people as the store is equipped with "almost ready for primetime" customer operated checkout registers. They are difficult to use and required a standby cashier to enter codes. Bathrooms are wheelchair accessable. Easy, free parking. An electric cart is available.

Literally, everything sucks at this Ralphs. What is to like? Absolutely nothing. The employees are as worthless as they come. They put their own needs, cell phones, and personal lives ahead of a customer standing in front of them. Their "fresh pastry" is at least two days old as admitted by one of their own employees. I bought a cake one time for a birthday to find mold in the middle. This was apparently funny to the manager. I go to 3 other Ralphs. All are great, thus has to be the worst and dirtiest one I have ever been in.

I really found the prices on many things just comparable to TJs and Ralphs. I like the feel of the store and the products, in general. I like getting a large thing of cottage cheese for the same price as a small thing of it from TJs, for example. Their bakery section is really good too. Herbies Natural Foods is directly across the street, so that makes it really convenient - get generic stuff at Ralphs, get specialty stuff (vitamins etc.) at Herbies, park your car once!

I enjoy this Ralphs mostly for the parking. The parking lot is huge, you can get out on to Ventura easily, and there is a light - which makes it easier. Also, theres so much parking that you dont have to worry about the other annoying part of the parking lot further down towards Starbucks. Stick down at the Ralphs end and you will be a much happier person. Its kind of funny how such a big parking lot can be so horrible at one end and so great at the other :)

This company is the worst to shop and work for. I work for it for 14 YEARS for three years they made my life in hell, it hurts so much when you realize that what you thought was good is actually she*** because of what you ralphs did to me i lost everything,my health,my happiness,friends,family and everything i have worked for. I hope you go to hell in this life and all of those who participated.

Everything was fantastic. They have 24 ounce challah for the Jewish new year. It is $4.99. This is cheaper than Costco. A breath of fresh air, not getting ripped off at Ralphs. Jtv television usually for the last half century, has Jewish calendars. It will be missed this year. The burial society calendars will not do.

terrible service, terrible people, id never go there again no way in hell no they didnt put my stuff in a bag and not to mention I clogged my toilet at home and it took them a long time to get the plunger checked out so my entire house was flooded when I got home btw Im sewing you

This is probably my favorite Ralphs supermarket. The staff here is beyond helpful and friendly (as is the manager), lines are managed well, parking is easy, and the selection is massive. Its a manageable, nice Ralphs that makes grocery shopping a joy.

Most cashiers are friendly. All are professional. I get a lot of sushi from there. The Hello Kitty one is good. Lol. They also hook me up with quarters. Parking kinda sucks at times, but only because I cant always get the closest parking.

The attendant on floor was really helpful in helping me find sunscreen and also kept me up to date on the sales they were going to have that pertained to the sunscreen. Really felt like I was taken care of.

Great Ralphs, but a little pricier than most ralphs I have been to. Very clean store and great staff. The checkout people at the self checkout have to bring you your bags, and they take a long time to help

This Ralphs (like many others) is clean, the staff is helpful & this particular location seems to keep their same employees! There are atleast 4 to 6 employees that have been there for years! Love em!

I find the store very clean and organized. The only problem is the parking lot. It gets really hard to find a parking spot at the pick hours. Other than that is a great stop for grocery shopping.

A fantastic Ralphs. Used to work in the plaza and never had any problems with the store. Management is friendly, staff is knowledge, and layout is intuitive.
